Zaid and Rawan turn to Doctor Nasser to help them solve their marital problems.

Zaid and Rawan tell Nasser how coincidence was the reason for their acquaintance and marriage after their car got into an accident. Meanwhile, Nasser agrees with Lamia that their relationship remains in the phase of friendship only.

Zaid rejects a suitor's proposal to his sister Qumasha, and he and Rawan reveal to Nasser how they faced difficulties in their love story, especially after their families rejected the idea of their engagement.

Nasser meets his neighbor Hanan, and she tries to find out any information about him from his secretary. Zaid and Rawan tell Nasser about their problems after they got married.

Lamia tells Nasser that she wants to become a mother, but he rejects the idea of marriage, and she feels sad about his acquaintance with his neighbor Hanan, while Jamal asks for Qumasha's hand in marriage.

Zaid is very happy with the news of Rawan's pregnancy, and they start together a new journey in their lives, but they discover that the problems are increasing even more. Meanwhile, Lamia decides to sabotage the relationship between Hanan and Nasser.

As their problems have escalated, Zaid and Rawan are forced to visit Nasser at his house, and they tell him what the two went through after they had their first child.

Lamia confronts Nasser about his fear of marriage and asks him to put an end to their friendship of 15 years. Nasser reproaches Hanan for her jealousy of Lamia, and he succeeds in improving Zaid's relationship with his wife Rawan, and their marital relationship continues successfully.
