As Imad returns from his travels, his parents, Mona and Mubarak, receive him. Mona asks Mubarak to treat her well in front of their son, while Samira complains to her mother about her husband Ali's refusal to have children.

Asaad locks Khaled in until he reveals the location of the corruption files. Imad tells Talal of his love for Salwa, unaware that they are dating. Asaad asks to buy the horse Sahm from Imad, and threatens to kill the horse if he does not agree.

Badria asks Abdel Karim to stay away from her after her marriage to Suleiman. Abu Talal proposes to his son to marry his cousin, Salwa, who is surprised when Mona asks for her hand in marriage for Imad.

Asaad tells his psychiatrist about his father's abuse of his mother, and its impact on his life, while Salwa resents Talal's abandonment of her. Reeh threatens Mona with revealing the old secret between them.

Abdel Karim exploits Badria financially; Samira tells her mother that she wants a divorce; Abu Talal falls ill and is taken to the hospital.

Fathia is shocked when she learns that Imad will marry Salwa, as she loves him, and decides to spoil the marriage. Sami tries to find the corruption files and questions Khaled without Asaad's knowledge. Abu Talal dies in the hospital.

Abu Imad requests that the engagement of Salwa and his son be postponed due to the death of Abu Talal. Abdel Karim blackmails Badria and threatens to expose their relationship to her husband.

Asaad offers condolences to Talal for his father's death and offers him a job with him. Khaled asks Bassam to help him get out of his confinement in exchange for giving him the files, while Diab tells Reeh that his brother was killed in front of him and he couldn't defend him.

Asaad tells his psychiatrist the story of Mubarak's horse, and his wish to buy it at any price, while Salwa's mother is forced to postpone her daughter's wedding due to Samira's illness, and Sami helps Khaled escape.

As Sami threatens Bassam with files that implicate him in corruption operations, he plans with Tarek to collect information about important figures in the state. Salwa prepares for her and Imad's engagement party.

Kamal informs Imad of Talal and Asaad's relationship, while Sami informs Tarek of the information he wants about Asaad's new deal.

Asaad asks Jaber to get rid of Imad because of his being romantically involved with Salwa, whom he used to love, while Bassam threatens to expose Sami's secret dealings with Tarek.

Kamal avoids Asaad so that his agreement with Talal will not be revealed. Abdel Karim asks Badria to rob Suleiman and blame it on the servants. Ali discovers that he has AIDS and worries about his wife contracting the disease.

Kamal is fired from his job, so he decides to travel after learning of his being under surveillance, while Asaad asks Jaber to search for Kamal.

Sami hands Tarek documents containing the names of Asaad's competitors in the market, and Asaad catches Kamal before he travels. Imad and Salwa's engagement party is held, and Jaber succeeds in stealing the horse.

Abdel Karim uses another girl financially; Bassam plans to steal the documents from Sami; Diab helps Reeh when she falls ill.

As Asaad tells his mother that he owns the horse Sahm, he fails to reconcile Sami and Bassam, while Imad's psychological state worsens because Sahm got stolen.

Reeh tells Diab her story with Tarek and his abandonment of her, while Tarek poisons Khaled's coffee to get rid of him.

Imad and Salwa quarrel over his suspicions that she was previously in a relationship with a young man. Abdel Karim blackmails Badria again with pictures and videos of her.

Reeh visits Hamad, but he kicks her out of the house. Tarek asks his assistant to invite Sami to his house and orders him to get rid of him, as he did with Khaled.

Tarek gets rid of Sami by poisoning his drink, and Hamad tries to force Reeh to reveal the old secret.

Bassam asks his assistant to watch Asaad, and as Reeh gets sick, Talal takes her to the hospital.

Abdel Karim deceives Dalal and promises her marriage, then asks her to take out a loan from the bank. Tarek's assistant steals the briefcase of documents from Tarek's office.

Reeh's condition in the hospital worsens, and Bassam decides to cooperate with Tarek. Fathia schemes to come between Imad and Salwa.

Imad visits Reeh in the hospital, and Asaad is thinking of blackmailing Salwa's mother with pictures of her daughter. It turns out that Imad's mother is Reeh's sister, who visits her in the hospital and asks her to disappear permanently.

Asaad blackmails Salwa's mother with pictures of her daughter to make her call off her engagement to Imad and marry him, while Dalal asks Abdel Karim to end his relationship with her after Badria's warning to her.

As Suleiman overhears Badria's conversation with Abdel Karim and her confession that she has cheated on him, he faints and is taken to the hospital. Fathia tells Talal that Asaad has blackmailed Salwa.

Badria invites Abdel Karim to dinner, then poisons the food, and dies along with him. Reeh tells Diab that Imad is her son.

Imad dies, whereupon Jaber hands over ownership of the farm and the company to Bassam. Talal discovers that Fathia handed over the photos to Asaad. Bassam poisons Tarek's coffee, and Salwa commits suicide.
