Sit Al Hosn quarrels with her aunt Zuleikha over the ownership of the house, and the quarrel escalates between them to the point that Zuleikha's head gets injured and she falls dead, so she buries her before the police come with Zuleikha's maid.

Zuleikha's maid tries to prove Sit Al Hosn's involvement in the disappearance of her employer, so she turns to Barak, who helps Sit Al Hosn get rid of the maid as well and bury her, but he is surprised to learn that Sit Al Hosn uses some parts of the corpses in medicinal formulas.

Fingers are pointed at Barak after the disappearance of his wife's aunt, Saba, but Sit Al Hosn helps him prove his innocence, and Saba begins to suspect them, while Sit Al Hosn devises a plan to get rid of the officer's mother.

Saba confronts Sit Al Hosn and Barak about killing her aunt, but Sit Al Hosn blackmails her, threatening to reveal her secret of leaving the daughter she had out of wedlock on the street, and forcing her to work with them, while the officer begins to intensify his search to find his mother.

As Sit Al Hosn is surprised by a foul smell in her house, she discovers Rahima's body in the house's sewer, so she, Barak, and Saba bury it, while the police officer tries to get Saba to provide him with any information about Sit Al Hosn and monitor her.

In a flashback, Suleiman confesses his impotence to his wife, Sit Al Hosn, who decides to leave him. Suleiman tries to disguise himself as a woman and steal Sit Al Hosn's keys, but she finds out who he is. On the other hand, Saba lures a woman into the house while the police interrogate Sit Al Hosn.

Sit Al Hosn tricks Suleiman into thinking that she agrees to remarry him, and she asks him to sign a confession stating that he murdered the women with the help of his wife, Raja, whereupon she poisons the cigarette he is smoking, and the police arrest Raja.

Barak and Saba try to rob Sit Al Hosn and escape. As the officer makes sure that Sit Al Hosn uses parts of human bodies in the medicine, he searches her house, and the police find all the bodies, but Sit Al Hosn escapes before being arrested and after fooling the lie detector.
