The dancer Karima arrives in Kuwait to perform at a wedding. Dr. Abla takes care of her children and grandchildren besides her work. She is surprised as she learns that a tragic accident occurred to her son Qutaiba's ex-wife and that her son married his brother's ex-wife.

Nouf discovers that her husband is cheating on her and tells him that she is pregnant. A fire breaks out in Rasha's house and Abla saves her. Salsabil discovers that her husband Nizar has taken another wife, and Qutaiba discovers that his ex-wife Fi is married to his brother Shaheen.

Abla tries to relieve her son Qutaiba after learning about Shaheen's marriage to his ex-wife. Zuhair's wife resents his interest in beauty and the absence of jealousy for her. Everyone in the house eats the narcotic candy that Saluhi brought.

Nizar quarrels with Karima and takes advantage of that in his electoral campaign. Qutaiba's wedding takes place, and Salsabil takes off the hijab and surprises Nizar.

Abla accuses Karima of stealing her jewels, and Ghazwa quarrels with Nizar over his desire to marry again.

Qutaiba suffers a psychological crisis after his youngest daughter sought his help and remained under the bed of her mother and her husband Shaheen without their knowledge. Nouf feels guilty about Maher's mistress' children and asks Rasha to bring them back.

Abla is in pain due to her illness, and Salsabil quarrels with Nizar after seeing Ghazwa in the closet. Qutaiba becomes blind as a result of work pressure and turns to his brother Shaheen for treatment. Karima is taken to the hospital as she suffers a stomach ache.

Abla discovers Karima stole jewelry that she keeps in her stomach and agrees with her to have her daughter undergo heart surgery in return for donating part of her liver to her. A car accident happens to Fi's kids. Nizar increases the election votes in return for falsifying a report of a man beating his wife.

Fi is shocked as she learns that she needs urgent brain surgery. Umm Ghazwa (Ghazwa's mother) agrees with her daughters to try to seduce Nizar's brothers and marry them, and Abla decides to receive the dancer Karima at her home to take care of her until she undergoes the liver transplant surgery.

All of Abla's grandchildren are infected with lice, and she has to take care of them so that it does not spread to the rest of the family members. Abla tells her children about her liver cirrhosis and about Karima's liver donation.

Abla tries to save her grandchildren from several problems with their parents and is surprised by her children's travel to Sharm el-Sheikh after they falsely claimed that they are going to perform Umrah.

Qutaiba assures Fatima that he does not have any feelings towards Fi. Lubna sees Zuhair with Jaber and tries to find out what is between them. Salsabil asks for Karima's advice on how to get close to her husband.

Abla gathers her family for dinner, but Nizar irritates Karima, who teaches him a lesson he will never forget.

Karima agrees with Simo to replace the servants' cigarettes with narcotic ones. Ghazwa is upset that no one has invited her to dinner at Abla's house. Abla quarrels with her son Nizar for expelling the maid.

Nizar tries to persuade his siblings to remarry, telling them that he is traveling to Bosnia to get married there. Maan decides to return the children to his father. Faleh blackmails Lubna and makes her doubt her husband.

Simo and Karima reveal the reason why they are in Abla's house and that she is her father's wife. Karima seeks to get her inheritance, and Jaber achieves his goal by raising suspicion in Lubna's mind about her husband's relationship with a man.

Abla remembers her husband's infidelity and his marriage to another woman. She discovers that her son Nizar has taken a third Bosnian wife, after which she has an epileptic fit, and Shaheen and Qutaiba try to save her.

Karima recalls when Abla killed her husband and learned of his affair with Umm Karima, with whom she agreed to lie about killing him for trying to rape her. Simo forces Faleh and Jaber to work with him. Rasha discovers Anis is attached to his ex. Qutaiba asks Abla to make Fatima abort her baby.

Fi wakes up after the operation and remembers Qutaiba, so Shaheen gets furious, believing that she loves him. Fatima asks for a divorce after trying to abort herself. Abla is surprised by a foreign girl claiming to be Nizar's daughter. Faleh and Jaber try to blackmail Zuhair.

Nurse Nahed agrees with Karima to take revenge on Abla by implicating her in medical negligence. Nouf provokes her husband, Maan, telling him that she is in Mohsen's house to cheat on him as Maan cheated on her with Mohsen's wife. Nizar avoids his foreign daughter.

Karima gets Abla's villa keys from the maid. Abla is accused of medical negligence because of nurse Nahed and Karima's scheme. Shaheen fights with Qutaiba over Fi. While Nizar is recording a program, the foreign girl confronts him about avoiding her.

Nizar tries to avoid his foreign daughter, but Salsabil interferes to reconcile them. Fi is still affected by the operation and forgets about her marriage to Shaheen. Nahed convinces Abla's children to claim that Abla has Alzheimer's to justify her medical negligence.

Abla is obsessed with the idea of having Alzheimer's and decides to help Zuhair after being blackmailed. Rasha helps end Anas's untrue relationship with Rawyia. Nizar's daughter takes her foreign boyfriend to Abla's house. Mohsen kidnaps Nouf to take revenge on Maan.

Nizar's daughter, Stella, lives with him and his two wives. Zuhair is arrested by the police for blackmailing someone. Shaheen tells Qutaiba that he has had another seizure.

Abla loses her temper and reacts recklessly after Karima drugs her. Lubna admits to Zuhair that she is behind everything that has happened to him and that she has collaborated with Jaber. Stella agrees to wear the hijab. Nouf asks Maan to save the children and undergo a DNA test.

Karima agrees with nurse Nahed to falsify papers condemning Abla's children for money laundering. Qutaiba tells Fi about her divorce and her illness. Anas tells Nizar of his decision to run the hospital instead of his mother.

Nahed lies to Abla that her kids are threatening and forcing her to testify falsely that Abla gets repeatedly delirious. Nizar refuses to file a case against his mom declaring her legally incompetent but agrees with Anas to claim that their mom is in a relationship with the hospital's security guard.

Nizar convinces Zuhair to frame Jaber, but Jaber commits suicide. Stella decides to leave the house. Karima confronts Abla's children with the fact that Abla has killed her mother. Abla dies out of sadness after Karima obtains her inheritance.
