The events begin with Hamdi, who has become a successful businessman, and his permanent quarrel with Farida because of his spoiled son, who is failing in his studies. Khalil has become the head of the legal affairs department in a company.

Barakat arranges a celebration for Hussein's daughter, Buthaina, who obtained a degree in law. Things get worse between Hamdi and Farida, and he beats her for confronting him with his failure in his studies, and for lying to his children that he has received a degree in law.

Suha asks for a divorce from Fathi. After Farida leaves the house and goes to Issa's house, she returns home after Hamdi lies to her that Wagdy fell unconscious. Saeed marries Ensaf, and a file is stolen from Khalil's office.

Hamdi asks Wagdy to repeat high school from the house. Khalil submits his resignation, but Murad persuades him to change his mind. Ahmed asks Wedad that he propose to Khalil's daughter, Shrooq. Suha discovers Fathi's inability to have children.

Shrooq graduates from the university. Hamdi goes to meet the woman who owns the plot of land next to his to buy it from her, but he discovers that she is Lawahez, his father's ex-wife. Suha forgives Fathi and goes back on the divorce.

Ali returns to Cairo for good and asks Khalil to work with him in a private sector company. Wedad asks Nima to help her establish a school. Hamdi beats his friend Mohsen for harassing Basma at the club.

Lawahez offers Hamdi that she partner up with him in his project. Kazem returns to Cairo, and Suha confesses to him that Fathi has deceived her. The relationship between Azzouz and his secretary Anbar grows stronger.

Shawqi, the company's owner, asks Ali to prove that the company doesn't cheat in building materials, promising to buy him an apartment and a car. Shrooq begins a journalistic investigation about violations and fraud in building materials. Farid works with Lawahez to trick Hamdi into selling the land.

Hamdi goes to Lawahez and agrees to start working with her. A big quarrel occurs between Hamdi and Farida over his discovery that Abeer has gone to Barakat's house and over her confronting him with the fact that he still loves Suha.

Kamal starts working with Kazem. Azzouz marries Anbar and buys her a house of her own. By chance, Hamdi and Suha meet, and he discovers that Fathi has bought the land adjacent to his land for her. Kazem discovers the loss of his companies after Fathi submits documents proving that.

Kazem expresses to Kamal his doubts about Fathi, his desire to expel him from the company, and the signing of trust receipts to the owner of the company with their value. Wedad wants Nima and Farida to partner up with her in setting up the school.

Hamdi asks Farid to be updated with Fathi's news. Sana confesses to her mother, Lawahez, that she loves Hamdi, and Lawahez tells Sana of her plan to wed her to Hamdi, who asks Lawahez to send an invitation to Suha to attend the fashion show that she will hold.

Fathi asks Lawahez to export her clothes abroad, on the condition that her partnership with Hamdi stops. Kazem tells Kamal that he discovered Fathi's exploitation of his company in speculation in the purchase and sale of land.

Hussein feels that he is in love with Abeer. Shrooq's first journalistic investigation is published, attacking the company that Ali works for. Shawqi tells Ali that he gave him false reports.

Fathi starts working with Lawahez and tells Suha of Kazem's desire to sell part of his property. Hamdi agrees with Azzouz to start importing frozen meat, on the condition that the work between them would be kept confidential. Suha discovers her father's marriage in London and that he has a son there.

Fathi tells Lawahez of his wish to marry Sana in secret. Also, he seizes Kazem's property, and the latter dies of shock. Ali confesses to Wedad that Shawqi is a corrupt man. Farida discovers that Wagdy has started taking drugs.

Abeer begins to fall in love with Hussein. Saeed visits Wedad and asks her to stand by Ali, then Wedad returns to the house. As Shawqi gets tried, Ali submits the documents that incriminate him. Farida asks Hamdi for a divorce, and he agrees.

Azmy deceives Azzouz at Hamdi's behest. Fathi asks Sana to deliver diamonds outside the country to a friend of his. Azzouz and Lawahez are arrested for receiving a shipment of rotten meat, and it turns out that Hamdi deceived her, and she gave him her land.
