Sayed Pablo helps Attia to retrieve his apartment contract from Zaytuna and Nasr after they forcibly seized the apartment. Pablo and Abouda agree with Mazen to cause an accident for him so that he gets rid of the secretary, Mona. Pablo and his men storm Jalal's villa.

Jalal sells a land for half of its price after Pablo tortures him. Sherif kidnaps Adham's friend. Meanwhile, Mona wakes up from the coma and finds herself detained, and Mazen begins to get jealous of Pablo.

Sami blackmails Mazen and asks to participate in the group, otherwise a case of adultery will be filed against Nada. Sami asks Jalal to take revenge on Mazen and Kamal. Tuha asks Pablo to find her sister, but Pablo is arrested on charges of kidnapping Mona.

After Pablo is released, he helps Kamal recover the land contract after it's been stolen by Nada to hand it over to Jalal. Pablo and Kimo quarrel over his marriage to Nora without her family's knowledge, so Sokar is shocked and transferred to the hospital. Meanwhile, Adham is still looking for Sherif.

Kamal tries to persuade Mazen not to force Layar to have her fetus aborted, and he discovers that Mazen is behind the cancellation of the hospital's decisions. Nada surprises Abouda after he transfers Mona to Pablo's house.

Pablo sends Mona to Al-Ambouka, and the former blackmails Mazen in exchange for him to be quiet. Pablo discovers Sonia's false claim that her husband beat her and asks for a divorce. Nada threatens Sami to expose his secrets if he does not give up the case, and he shocks her with his response.

Kamal gives Pablo money in exchange for keeping Mona silent. Nada agrees with Jalal to return the land to him in exchange for his help in her divorce from Sami. Sherif's body is found, while Adham is kidnapped by the same gang. Pablo kidnaps Kimo and asks him to divorce Nora.

Tuha accidentally finds Adham in the kidnappers' car after his disappearance, and he learns of Sherif's death. A fight occurs between Kamal and Mazen, and as Adham hits Abdul Sattar on the head, the other threatens him.

Adham is imprisoned. Kimo threatens Tuha and Sokar after they refused to let him marry Nora, and Pablo threatens him to stay away from them. Sokar approaches Ahmed to propose to Nora. Pablo suggests to Zeinat that he take Adham to live with her, and he is shocked by her response.

Zeinat bids Adham goodbye while he is going to live with Pablo and asks him to search for the cause of Sherif's death. Pablo prepares to look after Nada's party. Attia catches the killer, but he manages to escape after drugging her.

Kamal introduces Nada to Moataz, who asks to marry her, and Nada is taken to the hospital after she was shot. Mazen wants to fire Pablo because of his failure to guard the party, and Pablo learns that the bullet was meant for him, not Nada.

Nada's psychological condition worsens when she learns that Kamal sold her out to marry Moataz. Jalal's wife finds him dead. Ahmed doubts what is going on in the hospital after a patient dies, so he informs Mazen. The police look for Kamal and arrest Pablo.

Kamal asks Pablo not to disclose during the investigation that he was with Nada at the time of the crime, but the latter refuses. Abdel Salam divorces Sonia after accusing her of stealing his money and Pablo. Ahmed gets engaged to Nora, and Nada and Pablo's relationship grows stronger.

Hussein fights with Nada for attending Nora's engagement party. Tuha is jealous of her sister Qamar after she has become the factory's consultant. Mazen marries Safi secretly, and Nada tells Pablo of her love for him on her wedding day to Moataz.

Abouda proposes to Attia, who asks him to giver her time to think. Pablo forces Fadel to marry Reda after she got pregnant by him. Kimo agrees with Zaytuna and Nasr to take revenge on Pablo, while Sonia is willing to marry Khudair.

Ahmed is suspicious when another death occurs in the hospital without cause. Zeinat asks Pablo to prevent Sonia's marriage. Yara is in a serious condition during labor. Mazen is surprised by Pablo's knowledge of his presence in Safi's house, so he tells him about Yara's condition.

Kimo is shot, and Nasr passes away. Yara's baby dies, and Sonia takes Adham and leaves Zeinat's house after their quarrel over Khudair. Nora asks Ahmed to help Kimo.

Kimo's mother threatens Zaytuna to tell Pablo what happened unless he helps Kimo. Khudair brings Sonia and Adham back to Zeinat's house, and Pablo suggests to Jalal's wife that he help her find her husband's killer.

Zaytuna escapes Pablo and threatens Kimo's mother and her son to leave the neighborhood. Jalal's wife accuses Abouda of theft, and he is arrested, and she forces Pablo to help her. Mazen and Magdy search for Yara after taking a baby from the NICU and leaving the hospital.

Kamal asks Pablo to find Yara, but he refuses because of Mazen. As Ahmed and Azza take advantage of Magdy's preoccupation, Azza enters his office to take copies of the files but forgets her private file inside. Pablo puts an end to Attia's relationship with Abouda.

Mazen is surprised by the presence of Nada and Safi in Pablo's house, and Adham collapses when he learns that Sonia has left him to remarry. Tuha searches for a place to open a workshop with Hussein's help, and Pablo agrees to Abouda's marriage to Attia.

Abouda is taken aback that Attia is in a serious condition in the hospital. Moataz shoots Pablo after the latter tries to take Nada and is taken to the hospital. Nada is arrested after Moataz accused her of adultery. Abouda and Pablo's men turn against Pablo.

Ahmed discovers Magdy's work in the organ trade and that the victim is Yara. Pablo is taken aback when he returns to the neighborhood and finds Kimo, Zaytuna, and their men gathering to take revenge on him. Kamal asks Rahma to help him get rid of Pablo.

Pablo is arrested after being accused of adultery, but he is released after proving his innocence. The police arrest Kimo after breaking into Nora's house. Alaa threatens Kamal after his son Moataz got killed. Tuha's mother asks that the complaint filed against Kimo be withdrawn.

Magdy seeks help from Mazen, fearing that Ahmed will expose their organ trade, and Magdy drugs Azza to get rid of her. Alaa sends his men to Mazen's house to kill him, but the latter escapes. Nada runs away from Pablo's house after Abouda goes there.

A confrontation occurs between Mazen and Pablo. Ahmed escapes from the hospital and goes to Nora's house after Magdy's threat. Pablo goes to Najla to ask for her help in exchange for returning the land and finding her husband's killer. Kamal is shot and taken to the hospital.

Nada and Mazen quarrel over Kamal's will. Magdy and Mazen agree to try to drug Nada and get rid of her, but she escapes. Ahmed tells Pablo that Mazen is working in the organ trade.

Kimo begins to deal drugs, while Tuha begins to succeed in her workshop. After Pablo tells Rahma that he wants to marry Nada, he tells Alaa that Abouda is the one who killed Moataz. Nora breaks up with Ahmed.

Pablo expels Zaytuna from the neighborhood and restores Hassan's right. Nada informs Kamal of Mazen's work in the organ trade. Tuha rejects a suitor because of her love for Pablo. Ahmed and Pablo succeed in helping the police arrest Mazen and his aides in the hospital.

Kimo is arrested, Nada goes to Rahma, and Pablo is surprised by her presence. Also, he is shocked when he learns that Khalaf killed Jalal. Abouda is arrested for killing Moataz. Pablo proposes to Tuha and she agrees, but he gets arrested.
