Dr. Rima suspects that her husband is cheating on her, so she decides to make sure and asks Yara to watch him, and her doubts are confirmed that he is cheating on her.

As Rima makes sure that Akram is cheating on her with Karen, Karen asks Akram to leave his wife to marry her.
