Saeed is released from prison and goes to search for his mother, Fatima El Saadawi, in the hospital. The Hajj is sad for his daughter Zahra, who was left by her fiancé on the day of the engagement party.

Saeed steals a box of gold from the jeweler and shares it with his friend Mounir. Zahra meets Saeed's mother in the street and takes her home. Hamid arrests Zahra's fiancé as he is about to escape after defrauding one of the girls.

Hamid interrogates the goldsmith about the gold robbery from his shop and confirms that Saeed is the perpetrator. Fatima El Saadawi has an operation and Saeed pays for it, which only adds to Hamid's suspicions.

Saeed's mother recovers and he tells her that he wants to marry Zahra, and on the night of the wedding, Hamid arrests Saeed for theft.
