Nooredin Khanzadeh owns a sunflower seed processing workshop. Local farmers sell sunflower seeds to Nooredin and he sells them to a man living in Tehran called Mirzaei so that he can sell these products in Turkey. Mirzaei dies and many shocking facts are revealed.


Noureddin settles his debts. Most of the country's earthquakes occur in the west, forcing locals to relocate to the desert and stay there for a while until conditions improve.


Noureddin Khanzadeh's brother-in-law, Bahador Khan, discovers a gold mine and tries not to tell anyone. But as villagers, including Salman and Sirous, enter the matter of the mine, the villagers try to extract gold from the mine, while Fariborz and Salman compete to marry Shirin.
