The court unjustly sentences the nurse Kaltham to prison, after accidentally causing the death of two patients. After a long time, her innocence is proven, and Faeqa and her husband get into a tragic accident.

Kaltham's daughters meet their mother in a bad way, and they do not welcome her. She turns to her sister Nashmiya, who refuses to let her stay in her house after she got out of prison, so the prison guard Zubaida receives her in her home.

Fayza is shocked when she learns that the heart donor is her sister Faeqa's husband, who died in a car accident. At the same time, Fakhira gets close to Dr. Karim, and Kaltham's daughters refuse to receive her in their home.

Kaltham gets surprised by her sister Nashmiya's marriage. After the death of her brother Abdullah, Hind returns to live with Faeqa at home, who agrees with the nurse, Jawhar, that they have a sham marriage so that she can use her dead husband's sperm. Fayza asks Anwar for a divorce.

As Fatima insists on returning to work, Hind steals Faeqa's money. Noah confesses his love to Fakhira, and Kaltham's daughters gather around her when she falls ill and loses consciousness.

Hind prevents Faeqa from obtaining compensation from the insurance company for her husband's death, and Jawhar discovers that Faeqa's deceased husband's sperm has been disposed of. Noah falsely tells his mother that Fakhira is a plastic surgeon.

Faeqa takes revenge on Hind and accuses her of theft. Jawhar tricks Fayza into thinking that he obtained the sperm sample. Anwar decides to leave the house and stay away from Fayza for a while. Kaltham is surprised by her daughter Fakhira in Umm Noah's house and her impersonation of a plastic surgeon.

Noah's mother kicks Fakhira out of the house after discovering that she is the daughter of the ex-prisoner Kaltham. Hamd hits the maid with his car and flees. Nashmiya gives up all her money to Kaltham in the case of her death.

As Abu Mohsen asks his son to host him after leaving prison, Zubaida offers Kaltham to set up a new project between them. Hamni asks Fakhira to return to him. On the other hand, Fayza's family life becomes tense, and she betrays her husband by being in a relationship with Shaheen.

Fatima complains to her husband that she is fully responsible for her children. Faeqa tells Kaltham of her decision to marry Jawhar. Kaltham wins the millionaire award. Anwar and Fayza discover that their daughter posts videos on social media. The police arrest Hind on charges of money laundering.

Faeqa moves the furniture of her house into Fakhira's house, loses her jewelry, and discovers that Hind took it, forcing her to hire a lawyer for her. Mohsen is fired from his job, and Anwar learns of Fayza's betrayal of him. Fatima turns to her mother after Mohsen's betrayal.

Kaltham reconciles Mohsen and Fatima. Faeqa is kicked out of her home after the court seizes Hind's property. Fayza discovers Anwar's relationship with the hospital nurse, and Noah tries to get back together with Fakhira.

Fayza asks Anwar to forgive her for cheating on him. On her wedding night, Fakhira discovers Noah's agreement with his mother that he marry her in order to win Kaltham's money. Faeqa is forced to live in her sister Fayza's house after executing the sentence of expulsion from the villa.

Souad leaves Anwar, and Faeqa tries to help Fayza in returning her husband to her. Fakhira marries Noah and discovers his addiction to narcotic pills, while Mohsen's father is released from prison and lives with him in Fatima's house.

As Fakhira confronts Noah about his addiction, Faeqa informs Jawhar of her pregnancy. Kaltham starts her project using robots, and the police arrest Anwar after finding his identity card in a car that ran over someone.

Fatima's children cause many problems at her work, and Kaltham starts her new job and becomes a businesswoman. The doctor tells Fakhira that she is pregnant, and Fayza forces Hamd to confess his crime to clear Anwar of the charge of running over a woman with a car.

Noah enrolls in an addiction treatment center, and Hamd goes to Kaltham to hide in her house. Mohsen discovers that Afnan was previously mentally ill, and Hind is released from prison.

Fayza agrees with Jawhar to steal the contents of her house so that she can accuse Hind, so the latter reports her to the police. Noah gets out of rehab, and Mohsen's father dies.

Mohsen puts his father's fingerprint on the sales contracts of his property. Fayza falls ill and is taken to the hospital, so her husband is accused of giving her medicines that are harmful to her health. An accident occurs to Jawhar and he falls into a coma.

The police interrogate Anwar on charges of attempting to kill his wife, and Faeqa tells Kaltham that she does not love Jawhar, so the latter listens to her conversation and tells her that her fetus is not Abdullah's son, but rather his son.

Hind gets close to Anwar, and Fayza leaves the house and lives with Kaltham. Fayza files a divorce case against Anwar, and Faeqa decides to divorce Jawhar.

Hind blackmails Faeqa with a video of her with the lawyer Muhanna. Fatima discovers her pregnancy, and Fayza quarrels with Anwar over his relationship with Hind. Fakhira tells her daughter about issuing a general power of attorney for Noah to manage her business.

The police nab Jawhar for setting up a medical lab in his house. As Noah becomes paralyzed, Fakhira discovers his deception and kicks him out of the house. Noah uses the power of attorney to transfer the ownership of Fakhira's house to himself. Anwar quarrels with Hind and asks her to stay away from him and his family.

Faeqa agrees with the lawyer to plead against Jawhar in order to get rid of him. Fajr discovers that Anwar and Fayza are not her real parents and that she is adopted. The young man Abdul Karim meets Fayza and tells her that he is the son of her late husband, Abdullah.

Fatima is diagnosed with Alzheimer's. As Hamd is released from prison, Kaltham offers his daughters to work with her on her project, but they refuse. Mohsen discovers that Kholoud got him fired from the company.

Fatima is dismissed from her job for hiding her pregnancy. The lawyer quarrels with Hind and they kill each other. Jawhar is released from prison.

Mohsen and Fatima's children listen to their conversation about their killing of Mohsen's father. Faeqa discovers Abdul Karim's deception and that he is not her late husband's son. Hamd leaves the house after a quarrel with Anwar, whom Faeqa confronts about his relationship with Hind before her death

Jawhar suggests that Anwar and Mohsen work with Kaltham in her company, despite their wives' refusal. Everyone is surprised when the police arrest Fatima and Mohsen on charges of killing Mohsen's father. Faeqa discovers a congenital defect in her fetus.

Mohsen leaves the house, Najla asks Anwar to quit working for her mother, and Fatima falls into a coma. Fakhira discovers that Noah has deceived her and that he is not paralyzed.

Fatima dies while giving birth to her child and Kaltham takes care of the baby. Fakhira gives birth to her son, and Noah returns the ownership of the house to her and leaves her. Faeqa gives birth to a girl. Fayza tells Anwar about her pregnancy.
