In the second half of the seventeenth century, Sidi Mohamed Ouli was one of the best academics in Morocco's Souss area. With his extensive persuasive abilities, he transformed the lives of a region that had been under the rule of a dishonest man who claimed to be knowledgeable about the paranormal and who used the ignorance of the locals as an ideal ground for his evil ideas and schemes.
