Suhaila is taken to the hospital to give birth. When her husband, Salama, dies after she's given birth to quadruplets, Raad, Fahd, Hamad, and Saad, she asks her sister to raise one of them in Saudi Arabia.
Suhaila tells her four children that she has breastfed a large number of the neighborhood’s children and that they have milk siblings whom they should meet.
Suhaila prepares a big dinner for her children and invites their milk siblings to come and get to know each other.
The four brothers look for work. Fahd thinks about working as an actor and he asks the actress Hanan to cooperate with her. Saad asks his brothers, Raad and Fahd, to help him.
Saad decides to work as an ice cream seller, so Raad and Fahd help their brother by filming a video to post on social media in the hope of promoting his project.
Suhaila decides to create a small business selling spices, calling it "Bahrain's Girl's Spices," and her son Hamad works with her.
Suhaila employs her son Raad as a sales representative for her project and asks his brother Saad to monitor him.
Hamad gets into trouble as a result of defending someone and is arrested.
Hamad finds a baby boy on the street, and Suhaila decides to care for him and raise him.
Saad and Raad decide to hand the foundling over to the police station, and Suhaila becomes angry with them. While Fahd is delivering an order, he is surprised by the presence of his father in the house.
Suhail's wife gives birth to four twin daughters in the hospital and then dies. He and his mother, Sabija, take care of them until they grow up and give them the names Waad, Shahad, Sadad, and Ahed.
Fahd scolds his mother for hiding the existence of an uncle and cousins and asks her to tell him the reason for that.
Suhaila visits Suhail at his home and an argument breaks out between her and her mother-in-law, Sabija. Suhaila’s sons meet Suhail’s daughters and they get to know each other.

Hamad invites his mother and siblings to attend a theatrical show he wrote, but his brother Raad and his mother put him in an embarrassing situation.
Fahd is upset by the behavior of his mother and brother Raad during the performance of the play and takes a stand against them. Meanwhile, Suhail remembers how his brother Salama married Suhaila, the love of his life.
Sabija seeks to hold the weddings of her granddaughters, so Shahad seeks help from her cousins to spoil it.
Fahd and his siblings invite their uncle Suhail, their grandmother, and the four granddaughters to eat at their mother’s house to improve the situation between them. However, they are surprised by a visit from their maternal uncle at the same time.
Things get difficult in Suhaila's house with the presence of her brother, his wives, and his children. Meanwhile, Suhail, his daughters, and his mother, Sabija, visit the house, and Suhaila's children ask their uncle for their inheritance from their father.
Raad organizes a road trip for his brothers, and Suhail and Raad's maternal uncle accompany them. Saad decides to establish a new project but fails.

Saad finds a box containing a lot of money belonging to Hamad. During Afaf's wedding at Suhail's house, the police raid the place and search for Hamad, accusing him of blackmailing some people through their personal accounts on social media sites.
Suhaila punishes her son Hamad for what happened, and his brothers try to support him. When Sabija invites Suhaila and her children to her house, Suhaila asks Suhail for his four daughters' hands in marriage for her sons.
Suhail and Sabija agree to marry his daughters to Suhaila’s sons, and everyone prepares for the weddings. Suhail stipulates that Raad should get a job in order to marry Sadad. Raad meets Jerry, who asks him to distribute food to the poor in exchange for a monthly salary.
Raad starts his new job with Jerry and does not know that he works in dealing drugs, which he keeps in Suhaila’s house, so the police arrest the latter.
Suhaila is interrogated and sentenced to prison for trading in drugs. Her children try to uncover Jerry’s relationship with Suhail, as it becomes clear that he is his sponsor for residency.
Saad devises a plan to catch Jerry and bring him to justice. Suhaila and Suhail's family members go undercover to implement the plan, and they succeed in catching Jerry.
Suhaila is released from prison. Saad gets a job in the police force. Suhaila helps Raad to take responsibility and everyone's wedding takes place.
