Bella returns to Egypt with her sister after her engagement to the Lebanese actor Carlos, in preparation for marrying him, only to discover that her father did not divorce her from Ibrahim.
In a flashback, Bella marries Ibrahim and asks for a divorce in exchange for a sum of money. She hires a lawyer to file a lawsuit for divorce, and Ibrahim threatens to post old photos of her on social media.
Bella returns to Ibrahim's house in fulfillment of the court ruling that she return to the marital home, and she tries to divide the apartment between herself and Ibrahim, who refuses to divorce her.
Bella refuses Ibrahim's request to tell Carlos that she is married, and Fatima tries to convince Ibrahim to divorce Bella in exchange for money.
News spreads on social media about Carlos and Bella's separation, and Ibrahim takes Bella's phone and credit card, which angers her and makes her decide to open another bank account away from him.
Ibrahim reports Bella to the police for stealing his money, after which she agrees with the lawyer Hatem to falsely claim that Ibrahim beat her. Fatima quarrels with her husband for selling home appliances to buy drugs, so her son Khaled leaves the house.
As Bella's friend, Sanaa, dies, Ibrahim seeks to console her, which makes Nessma jealous, so she tries to separate Ibrahim and Bella.
Bella is kidnapped, and the perpetrator calls her brother Khaled and asks for money to return her. Ibrahim succeeds in saving her, and Samah is forced to leave the family home and return to Bella.
Bella quarrels with her father and takes her mother to stay with her. Ibrahim becomes upset when he makes sure of Bella and Carlos' relationship and divorces her.
As Bella decides to return to Lebanon, a quarrel in the neighborhood with her brother Khaled and her father forces her not to travel. Bella returns to Ibrahim, and Joan invites Carlos to visit Bella in the neighborhood and tells him of her marriage to Ibrahim.
