Ibrahim notices that he forgets in a strange way, so he goes to his friend Dr. Imad to have a checkup. His family rushes to catch Sarah's graduation party, where Hassan asks to marry her. Khaled seeks the help of Ibrahim, who discovers that he's married to Umm Laith, who wants to kill him.

As Imad tells Ibrahim that he is suffering from a brain tumor, Ibrahim asks Khaled to hide his illness from everyone. Everyone goes to Ibrahim's birthday, and Hassan proposes to Sarah. Ibrahim goes to Dr. Maryam to begin treatment for his tumor.

As Sarah goes to visit Hassan in the studio, she gets upset by his closeness to May Kassab. Maryam explains to Ibrahim what he will face during the coming period of his illness. A quarrel occurs between Hassan and Sarah because of his fans on Instagram.

While Ibrahim's family is watching a match, Ramadan accidentally discovers Ibrahim's illness. Ibrahim goes to Maryam to do tests. Khaled asks Ibrahim for help when Umm Laith's cat gets lost.

Ibrahim fakes Nelly Karim's voice and asks Hassan to meet him, while Sarah tries to uncover his cheating. Hassan goes to the studio to meet Nelly, but she beats him and calls the police on him. Hassan calls his uncle for help, and he tries to explain the misunderstanding to her.

Umm Laith discovers Khaled's infidelity and tries to kill him. Ibrahim's family travels to Hurghada to discourage Khaled from committing suicide because he is scared of his wife, and everyone tries to reconcile them and calm the situation.

Ramadan claims that Ibrahim is in a relationship with Maryam, and Sarah is upset that her father is hiding this matter. As Maryam tries to convince Ibrahim to travel for tests, he suggests that everyone travel with him.

Ibrahim's family is subjected to a search at the airport, because of the fesikh, which security thought was a chemical weapon. Everyone is walking in the woods, and they find a fleeing bear. Ibrahim and Maryam find a car in the woods and discover that it belongs to drug dealers.

Ibrahim and Sarah chase the car owners and help in their arrest. Zainab escapes from the bear and Ibrahim finds her. He goes to do tests, and gets closer to Maryam.

The gang calls Ibrahim to bring the contract, but he does not find it. Ibrahim calls Ghazi to save Khaled, but the gang catches them. Umm Laith suddenly appears to save them, but she is injured. The doctor tells Ibrahim that the operation must be performed quickly.

Ibrahim and Maryam fight, and he returns to Egypt. Hassan and Sarah argue over tests that show the possibility of giving birth to children with health problems, and Sarah asks to postpone the wedding. Her father tries to reconcile the two of them, and they get married. Ibrahim reconciles with Maryam.

Hassan and Sarah travel for their honeymoon, and Zainab asks for a divorce. Maryam tells everyone about Ibrahim's illness, and they try to convince him to have the operation. Sarah gives birth to a son and names him Ibrahim. Ibrahim marries Maryam and she gives birth to a girl, whom they name Laila.
