Nisreen lives as a prisoner of her overwhelming jealousy toward her husband, Mohsen. She stalks him and surprises him with frequent visits to his office, believing he is dating his secretary, Jehan. Despite his constant attempts to tell her her ideas are illusions, their lives get more complex. As job pressures rise due to her behavior, Mohsen considers divorce after realizing Nisreen will not change.
