Adawiya hides from her husband, who beats her, runs away, and gives birth to her son, who grows up to become an arms dealer in Noman El Dheeb's market. Abu Ammar wins the onion auction and monopolizes it, so his enemy, Noman, tries to damage the onions.
In a flashback, Noman sees Abu Ammar's son harassing his mother, so Noman refuses to let his family know anything about his mother. Noman asks Judge Fares, his nephew, to pardon Yasser, but he refuses. A battle begins between Abu Ammar's men and Khair's men.
In a flashback, Adawiya returns to her family's home after her divorce, and Ammar refuses to marry her. She buys the store where Ammar now works and seeks legal advice from Fares to recover the store that is still in her name. Fares receives a package containing a killed cat.
Noman asks his son to marry Abu Rana’s daughter because of her father’s wealth, but the son refuses. Noman asks Khair to help him recover his money that was stolen by his worker. Faisal asks Haneen, his deceased brother’s wife, to host his mother at her home, but she rebukes him.
Abu Ghanem accuses Noman of cheating on the scale, and it becomes clear that there is a defect in Noman's scale. Adawiya asks Noman to leave the store to her because it is still in her name. Noman asks Khair to report Jawish, who smuggles bananas, in retaliation against his relative Abu Ammar.
Noman asks for Fidaa's hand, and Jawish loses the cost of his wife's chain in gambling. Raghad is released from prison, and Khair informs the captain of Abu Ammar's help to Jawish to store smuggled bananas. When Abu Ghanem claims he owns the bananas, he gets arrested, and the bananas get confiscated.
In a flashback, Noman talks about his sadness over the fall of Baghdad and his travel with Abu Rama to Iraq. Abu Ammar complains to Adawiya about Noman buying farmers’ crops at the highest price. Noman goes to Aziz to work with him, and it becomes clear that Raghad was Fares’ wife before her imprisonment.
In a flashback, Fares tells about his love for Raghad and his marriage to her. Noman is saddened by the death of Abu Rama, Faisal proposes to Haneen, Fares tells Raghad of his marriage to Nawara, and Tariq Al-Qarawi kidnaps Fares’s daughter so that his brother can get out of the case he is imprisoned for.
In a flashback, Raghad tells about her work as a doctor and Fares' work as a judge during the outbreak of the revolution in Syria. Noman fights with Khair and kicks him out. Abu Ammar refuses to tell Noman whether he did anything to his mother or not, and Fares extends Yasser's imprisonment.
Khair sends counterfeit money to Luqman. Nima, Jawish’s wife, dies due to her severe illness and the lack of money to treat her. Noman asks the girl who works for his mother to slip a sleeping pill for her and take her fingerprint on a rental contract between her and Noman.
Fares follows Barghad and Tala to the airport to pick up Tala. Yasser Al-Qarawi is released from prison on bail after Fares recuses himself from the case. Haneen asks Khair’s partner for advice to get money, so he asks her to carry out some operations. She first agrees and then changes her mind.
In a flashback, Raghad and Hammam print pamphlets for the revolution. In the present, Raghad finds herself banned from traveling, Nawara asks for a divorce from Fares, and the hospital official refuses to return Raghad to work because he knows she has been released from prison, so she looks for another job.
In a flashback, Jawish loses his money in gambling. Khair kidnaps Jawish and beats him for not returning his money, so he tells him he will return it to him in another way and takes him to the gambling hall to buy property from the people who frequent the hall at a low price.
Raghad finds herself expelled from the syndicate, Aziz refuses to work with Noman, and a state official asks Fares why he stepped down from Yasser’s case. Haneen searches for a home after being kicked out of the house by Faisal. Noman asks his mother to vacate the house and kicks her out.
Rama refuses to marry Khair and tells Abu Ammar she agrees to sell the store for a billion and a half, and he agrees. Fares tries to mediate to have Raghad's suspension lifted. While Noman’s mother informs her son that she knows he is not Khair's father, the maid eavesdrops on them.
Abu Ammar buys Rama's shop. Dalal goes to Faisal in Haneen's house, which he seized, and accuses him of raping her. Khair asks Faisal to leave the house, and Jawish robs Abu Ammar's shop and leaves him a message informing him that he is the thief.
Khair informs Noman of his intention to propose marriage to Ghaida, and Dalal and Haneen become friends. Jawish agrees with Khair to bring him losing gambling customers so he can lend them interest and give a percentage to Jawish. Fares tells Raghad that he will separate from Nawara.
Fares resigns from the judiciary, and Noman and Khair ask for Ghaida’s hand in marriage from Aziz. Fares informs Raghad of his divorce from Nawara and his resignation because they gave him a choice between his future and her, but he chose her. Ammar attempts suicide.
Raghad gets close to Tala, and Faisal watches Haneen while she is with Khair and discovers that she is a prostitute. An official sits with Abu Ammar and Noman to overcome their differences so that prices and people’s lives are not affected, causing them to explode.
In a flashback, Hammam tries to act in the theater and is rejected. Majed leaves a message for Farah about his wish to see her, but she rejects him. As Abu Ammar and Noman raise the prices, Noman asks Khair to bring some fruits to present to the market leader so that he supports him against Abu Ammar.
Fares asks Raghad to bring her certificates so he can try to bring her back to her career. A quarrel breaks out between Hammam and Khair over money. Faisal tells Haneen that he knows about her work with Khair. Abu Ammar asks his men to buy potatoes, which he will store and then raise their prices.
As Noman and his son marry Aziz's sisters, Aziz tells Noman that he knows it is a marriage of convenience and threatens him with revenge if anything happens to his sisters. Faisal tells Haneen's brother about his sister's work as a prostitute, and Fares returns to talk to Nawara.
In a flashback, a senior official gives his son to Abu Ammar to raise because he was born out of wedlock. Haneen’s brother tries to kill her but changes his mind. Khair and his men threaten Faisal to make him return the house to Haneen. Abu Ammar asks his son Ammar to return to the market.
Raghad wants to replace Fares with another lawyer, but she finds Nawara with him at home, so she quarrels with him and slaps Nawara. Khair asks for Haneen’s hand from her brother. Ammar asks Abu Al-Ramoush to kill him and tells him that after the execution he will find a paper containing his father’s real name.
The officials rebuke Abu Ammar because the market is thirsty for potatoes. It becomes clear Ammar lied to Abu Al-Ramush and gave him a piece of paper that did not bear his father’s name. As Raghad posts a video of what happened to her and it spreads among the officials, Fares denies knowing anything about it.
As Aziz's sister learns of her infertility and wants a divorce so that Khair won't be wronged, Khair thanks her and informs her of her divorce. Noman takes on the market union instead of Abu Ammar. Noman asks his mother to stay in the nursing home so he can get married at home. Khair and Haneen get married.
Haneen's brother informs Faisal of her marriage to Khair and asks him to stay away from her. However, Faisal informs Noman that his son is marrying a prostitute, so Noman scolds his son. Khair leaves the house. Fares tells Yahya that he will search for the person who reported him.
In the past, Abu Ammar refused to help Abu Jawish, who lost his money in gambling, and he offered to buy his stores. Abu Ammar then asks for his forgiveness and wants to return his property. Raghad kills someone who tried to kill her. Haneen is arrested, gets released, and asks her husband to leave her.
Yasser is killed, and Aziz and his sister are arrested. Officials scold Noman for causing the distribution of poisonous mushrooms in the market. Rehab informs Noman of his mother’s death. As Noman refuses to give Rehab money, she tells Khair he is not Noman's son. The travel ban on Raghad is annulled.
Raghad refuses to continue her life with Fares and asks Majid to travel with her. He agrees but then apologizes so as not to leave his father. Yahya kills Abu Ammar when he learns from Fares he framed him, and he turns himself in. Khair informs everyone he is not Noman's son and continues his life with Haneen.
