Marital problems arise between Raouf and Shireen, and Raouf feels dissatisfied and lonely, so his friend advises him to visit a psychiatrist. However, he gets electrocuted while trying to fix his life.

The electrocution changes Raouf's life, so he begins to think about changing his routine and solving his problems with Shireen. Raouf visits a therapist, who advises him to keep a diary.

Raouf talks with Shireen about the need to change their lives, and she convinces him that they are living happily. However, he tries to have a say in his children's lives, and Shireen becomes angry and decides to leave the house temporarily.

Raouf feels free after leaving home and staying with his mother. His mother tries to fix things between him and Shireen, but she refuses to admit her mistake. The therapist suffers from problems in his marital life and tries to solve them.

Raouf discovers that meeting Maha will not change his life, as it is no longer the same. When Shireen finds out about their meeting, she goes to his work to reconcile with him but gets surprised by his resignation.

Raouf disappears and is happy with his condition, despite the ambiguity of his fate. Shireen turns to her father and Raouf's mother to find a solution for his behavior. She also turns to the psychological counselor Taha, who blames her for her excessive fear on her family.

As Hoda tries to find out information about Raouf, Shireen suffers in Raouf's absence.

A love story begins between Raouf and Hoda, and Shireen's father, Ibrahim, finds out about it and blames him for leaving his family. Raouf is arrested for quarreling with someone over Hoda, and Shireen discovers Hoda's presence in his life.

Shireen lets Raouf chooses between going home or getting divorced, then she responds to the advice of Nagiba, Taha's wife, to think about changing her life, but she is surprised by Raouf's approval of the divorce.

As Ibrahim's wife tries to help Shireen to get through the divorce, Raouf is depressed, and Hoda helps him by convincing him to travel with her. Nagiba helps Shireen work and try new things to forget about Raouf.

Shireen's life improves, and she decides to enjoy it and avoid the pressures. On the other hand, Raouf's life collapses because of his confusion, and Hoda decides to move away from him. However, he tries to persuade her to return, but she refuses.

Shireen apologizes to her father and his wife for her treatment of them because of the change in her view of people after the divorce. Taha blames Raouf for the way he treated Shireen during their marriage.

Shireen and Raouf return to talk because of their son's illness, and each of them admits that his life alone is bad, and their relationship improves, On the other hand, Hoda asks Raouf to return to her life.

Raouf refuses to return to Hoda due to the differences between them. Nagiba advises Raouf to wait for something good to happen in his life, but the opposite happens and he gets hit by a car and faints.

The accident changes Raouf's life, as he apologizes to Shireen, and each of them admits his mistakes and decides to return, and his relationship with his children improves.
