Atef, a recent graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, is surprised to be assigned to the village of Tarshoukh Al Lif. He travels to file a grievance for his transfer, only to learn of the death of the director of the health unit.

As Atef is appointed as the director of the health unit, he finds himself facing funny situations with those around him.

Atef assists a woman in labor, then moves to the doctors' residence. Samir becomes jealous of the blossoming admiration between Atef and Hajar.

As a fire breaks out next to the health unit, Marzouk puts it out, while Samir steals Atef's seal.

Atef and Abdel Badi go to a wedding; Marzouk saves a person who has fallen ill; an official holds an educational seminar in the unit; Atef is kidnapped by unknown persons.

Atef is kept in Marzouk's house. Samir continues to woo Hajar, who sneaks with Atef into Marzouk's house, and they get into trouble.

As Atef and Hajar try to recover the stolen laptop, Atef finds out that Marzouk is charging extra fees from patients. Hajar scolds Atef for not being able to solve the problems.

The electricity goes out, so Atef and Abdel Badi try to transport the vaccinations so that they do not spoil. Samir fakes a penalty decision for Kawthar. The police raid Marzouk's house, so he suspects that Atef is behind it.

Atef finds the unit in a mess, so he punishes Kawthar. A delegation from the Administrative Control Authority refers Atef for investigation due to his negligence.

Atef discovers that Samir and Marzouk are the cause of his crises. As Atef returns to the unit to save the injured in an accident, he escapes punishment and returns to the administration.
