Psychiatrist Siham is forced to accept treating a professional assassin named Youssef, and he must treat him within two weeks, otherwise, Siham will be his next victim.

Siham tries to tell the police about what happened, but he fails because Youssef stalks him, so he travels as an alternative plan, but he discovers that Youssef is marrying his sister Alia.

Youssef convinces Siham's family to travel to Fayoum instead of Siwa to have a nice time, but the real reason is to complete a shady deal there.

Youssef kills one of the smugglers and films Siham throwing the corpse into the sea. Siham's tampering with Youssef's tools causes them to lose consciousness, and Youssef loses the deal, so he has no choice but to clash with the gang.

Siham and Youssef go to the place of delivery, and Youssef clashes with the gang and gets the bag that El Gazzaz wants, while Siham feels terrified and takes the bag and leaves Youssef with the gang, but Youssef manages to escape.

Youssef reveals to Siham the reasons for his condition and his crimes, as his beloved died in an accident and the accused fled without retribution. Therefore, Youssef pledged himself to kill the corrupt.

Siham panics because of the murder, and a fight breaks out between him and his wife, who accuses him of assaulting her. He and Youssef are imprisoned, but El Gazzaz, who threatens to harm his mother, takes them out.

Youssef tries to hide his mother from El Gazzaz, so he seeks the help of Siham without telling him the truth of the matter, while Siham loses everyone after a quarrel with his wife. Youssef accompanies Alia to a wedding party, in which she is the singer, in order to get closer to her.

Youssef and Alia's relationship develops, but Amjad, the director of the play, kicks Alia out of the troupe because of Youssef. Siham tries to treat Youssef under duress, but he fails, and Youssef almost kills him.

It becomes clear that Youssef did not go to Siham for treatment, but rather to get rid of him under the direction of El Gazzaz, so Youssef tries to solve Siham's problems with his family before killing him.

Youssef decides not to kill Siham, but El Gazzaz threatens to kill his mother if he does not get rid of him. Siham's life improves when his wife and mother reconcile, and Youssef plans to smuggle Siham.

El Gazzaz sends another killer to get rid of Siham, but Youssef saves him and receives a blow to the head that causes him to lose his memory. We discover that Youssef had a different life before he became a killer, and he was called Abdel Rahman.

Siham suspects that Youssef has not lost his memory as he claims, and Laila suspects that Siham betrayed her. Youssef does not remember them, while an unexpected visitor comes to them.

Siham is surprised by Ferial's presence at the door. Before Youssef lost his memory, he stole a memory stick from her house, so she came to retrieve it, but Youssef does not remember its location, so everyone searches for it.

Youssef regains his memory, and El Gazzaz confesses the reason for his desire to kill Siham, which is the latter's knowledge of the secrets of a corrupt businessman who used to consult with and now he wants to kill him. Youssef saves Siham and arrests El Gazzaz.
