Dahab works as a maid in a hotel, and while cleaning the room of businessman Nayef, she finds him covered in his blood, so he asks her to help him and smuggle him out of the hotel.

Dahab takes Nayef to her grandfather's house, and treats his wound there, while the police investigate his disappearance. Suhair discovers that Nayef is in Dahab's grandfather's house.

Dahab scolds Nader for flirting with her and asks him to stay away from her. Haifa confronts Suhair about her relationship with her husband, so Suhair blackmails Dahab into putting her personal clothes in Haitham's room to take revenge on Haifa, in return for not exposing her relationship with Nayef.

Dahab's grandfather changes his mind about reporting Nayef's whereabouts, while Layal becomes close to the latter. Sabah fires Dahab from work as a result of Heba's lie that there is a relationship between her and Nader, who discovers that Nayef is staying in Dahab's grandfather's villa.

Nader threatens Dahab with exposing Nayef's situation. As Dahab's family celebrates her birthday, Nayef resents it when Walid gets close to Dahab. Haitham issues a decision to promote Suhair, which angers his wife.

Safi fetches Nayef, who bids farewell to Dahab's family and asks her to visit him in his palace. Marah's visit to Nayef causes Dahab's grandfather's house to burn down.

After Naguib's gang burns Dahab's grandfather's house, Nayef and his family host him in his palace, and he tries to protect Dahab, takes her to the hotel, and tells everyone of his engagement to her, much to Layal's chagrin.

Nayef quarrels with Walid and Safi over Dahab. As someone puts poison in Nayef's drink, Dahab saves him again.

Marah agrees to cooperate with Naguib against Nayef, and Layal gives her the key to the latter's safe. Safi is kidnapped after his wedding. Dahab leaves Nayef's house after he suspects that she was behind the disappearance of important papers from his safe.

Dahab asks Nader to propose marriage to her, and Haitham's wife gets rid of Suhair after discovering that she is pregnant with his baby. Nayef insists on taking Dahab with him and traveling.
