Dr. Ayat quarrels with her husband, Dr. Muhaimin, for being drunk while performing surgery in the hospital, and decides to break up their partnership after discovering that he is dealing in expired medications. Her classmate, Khaldoun the lawyer, offers to take over the matter.

As Ayat leaves the house and insists on a divorce, Muhaimin agrees to another expired medications deal.

As Ayat opens her own medical clinic, one of Muhaimin's patients dies while he is undergoing surgery and the patient's family threatens to report him to the police, so Muhaimin asks the lawyer Abu Maher to take over the case.

Rasell and Muhaimin agree with Farouk on a new medication deal, and Muhaimin asks Khaldoun to step aside from Ayat's case.

Muhaimin refuses to divorce Ayat, and she tries to bargain with him in return for her share in the hospital. She agrees to return to work in the hospital so that she can save it from being closed.

Rasell agrees with Farouk to implicate Muhaimin in more than one operation to force him to sell the hospital, and one of Farouk's enemies shoots him. Khaldoun confesses to Vian his strong love for Ayat and that he wishes to marry her.

Abu Maher tries to negotiate with Khaldoun to end the problem between Ayat and Muhaimin, and Abu Maher reveals to the latter Farouk's deception and his attempt to entrap him.

Muhaimin decides to end the partnership between him, Rasell, and Farouk. Things escalate between Ayat and Muhaimin after he tries to discredit her so that she loses the divorce case. On the other hand, a major fire occurs in the medications warehouse, and Muhaimin suspects Rasell is involved.

Muhaimin divorces and gets angry when he knows she hired Dr. Samer to work in the hospital. Muhaimin threatens Rasell with killing him if he does not return his money.

Muhaimin confronts Rasell with the burning of the warehouse and Farouk's escape. Doctor Alaa sympathizes with Samer and decides to quit working at the hospital. Muhaimin asks Israa to spy on Samer and Alaa's movements.

Khaldoun is threatened by Rasell, so he reports him to the police. Abu Maher agrees with Muhaimin to sign a contract between him and Ayat so that she'd become responsible for everything that happens in the hospital to be able to trap her.

Abu Maher tries to reconcile Rasell and Muhaimin and negotiate with Khaldoun to drop the complaint against Rasell and Muhaimin. Ayat discovers Israa's cooperation with Muhaimin against her and Alaa, and Samer confesses his love for Vian.

Muhaimin gets close to Israa and makes her deluded with his love. Muhaimin asks Farouk to cooperate in saving Rasell from Khaldoun's threat case and to force some men to confess to the crime instead of Rasell.

Farouk hits Khaldoun's case witnesses with his car, and his case against Rasell is closed. Ayat decides to stay away from Khaldoun so as not to cause him problems. Muhaimin tries to apologize to Ayat for everything he has done to her, then commits suicide.
