Rana informs her husband's family of her pregnancy, and everyone is happy except for Salem's wife, Sabreen, who agrees with him to abort Rana. Salem goes to the thief, Samir, and pays him to steal her bag, quarrel with her, and cause her to miscarry.

Rana succumbs to her injuries in the hospital, and the police investigations prove that there was a motive for the murder. Sabreen tries to prevent Salem from confessing to the crime and informs him of her pregnancy. Salem asks Samir to hide completely so that the police will not find him.

Amir remains wandering due to his wife's death and remembers leaving his colleague Hayat and how his father forced him to marry his cousin, Rana. On the other hand, Hayat recognizes the motorcycle that Rana's killer previously rode.

Salem seeks to keep Hayat away from Amir, so he asks Diaa to marry her and travel with her to Baghdad. Amir reaches the owner of the motorcycle, and Umm Salem discovers Sabreen's deception and her lying about her pregnancy.

Sami gets angry when he learns that Sabreen is lying about her pregnancy, and Salem thinks of marrying another woman so that he can have children. Amir reaches Samir, so Salem tries to kill him before confessing.

Samir is killed inside the prison in a quarrel, and Sabreen proposes to Sami to let Amir marry her sister Baidaa.

Sami engages Baidaa to Amir, but the latter refuses to continue the engagement and tells his father of his love for Hayat and his desire to marry her, and that she quit working in the gold shop

Sami asks Hayat to return to work, but Sabreen visits her at home and scolds her, and asks her to stay away from Amir. Amir's father kicks him out of the house for insisting on marrying Hayat and refusing Baidaa.

Sami scolds Salem for kicking Hayat from work and asks her to come back again, but she refuses. Amir tries to convince Hayat's mother to agree to their marriage, but she requires the presence of his parents.

Amir seeks his father's approval in vain. Harith, Sami's rival, offers Hayat a job, but she refuses. Salem takes Amir to Hayat's house and formally proposes to her mother. Salem falsely claims in front of his father that he does not support him, and their wedding takes place.

Amir presents new designs to the gold shop, but his father rejects them, so Harith offers to work with him against his father, and Hayat tells Amir of her pregnancy.

Sami suffers a heart attack, and Amir tries to apologize to him and get his approval and tells him that his wife is pregnant, so his father forgives him. However, Salem and his wife Sabreen falsely claim that Hayat stole her jewelry.

Sami dies, and his two sons receive condolences. Sabreen seeks to quarrel with Hayat to kick her from the house. Umm Salem opens Sami’s will, and his son Salem revolts to divide the inheritance between him and Amir.

Amir is upset that Salem sold his father's car, and Amir opens his new shop. Diaa tells Salem that he knows about his murder of Rana, and Diaa convinces Baidaa to work for Amir. Umm Salem asks Diaa to invest her money in selling gold.

Laila informs Amir that Sabreen is the one who stole Sami's money, and Salem refuses to help his brother at work. At the same time, Hayat's heart burns with jealousy because of Baidaa's relationship with Amir.

Hayat quarrels with Amir over his insistence on working with Baidaa in the shop. Amir makes a big profit and returns to Harith all his money, Salem is angry at him for not being to achieve that himself. Sabreen steals money from Salem's safe.

Amir achieves great success in the gold market, but his shop is robbed and he discovers through cameras that Salem is behind the theft. Hayat gives birth to her young child Sami. Diaa confesses his love to Baidaa, and Baidaa discovers that Sabreen stole all of Sami's money.

The police arrest Harith and he confesses to stealing Amir's shop. The latter tries to apologize to his brother Salem for accusing him of participating in the theft, but Sabreen incites Salem against Amir after their mother decides to transfer ownership of the building in Amir's name.

Amir apologizes to his brother Salem for doubting him, and Diaa is still trying to trap Baidaa and make her fall in love with him. Haitham breaks up with Athraa.

Athraa informs her mother of her separation from Haitham, Sabreen tries to persuade Layla to sell the building to Salem, the latter quarrels with Diaa over his relationship with Baidaa. On the other hand, Salem cheats on Sabreen with Madiha.

Diaa blackmails Salem and asks him for a large amount of money in return of not revealing his secrets. As Shams finds out that Zaid is blackmailing her and threatening to publish a video of her, the police arrest Amir for gold fraud.

Abu Baidaa forbids his daughter to leave the house and scolds her for her relationship with Diaa. Hayat asks Salem to support his brother and get him out of prison. Shams is still being blackmailed by Zaid.

Salem gets angry when he learns that Sabreen has stolen his money. Diaa steals the money from Baidaa's room and tells the latter about killing Salem, Sabreen, and Rana. Hayat kills Diaa in self-defense after trying to steal and rape her.

Salem finds Diaa covered in his blood in Hayat's house, so he informs the police, and the latter flees fearing the police. It becomes clear that Salem married Madiha secretly, and Sabreen tells him that she stole the money from Baidaa's room.

Baidaa tells Salem and Sabreen that Diaa stole the money, and Salem asks Haitham to run Amir's shop in his absence, while the police continue to search for Hayat.

Salem convinces Hossam to confess to the crime of forging gold, and Amir is released. Baidaa confronts Salem about his killing of Rana, and Shams steals money to end Zaid's blackmail.

Shams contemplates suicide, and Baidaa supports Amir in his search for Hayat. Salem takes over Amir's place, and Jabbar takes pictures of Salem with Madiha.

Jabbar sends a picture of Salem and Madiha to Sabreen, so the latter tries to stir anger in Salem's heart towards Amir, who finds Hayat and persuades her to surrender to the police. Salem takes advantage of the situation and asks Amir to give up his place in return for a sum of money.

Two masked men attack Amir and steal the bag of money, and Amir dies from sadness after finding out that Salem and Sabreen killed Rana through a call sent to him by Baidaa

Salem suffers a car accident while escaping with his wife and two sons, and it becomes clear that Sabreen agreed with Jabbar to ruin the car's brakes. Sabreen burns herself, and Hayat is released from prison after proving her innocence.
