Media personality Hind is questioned about the murder of the shooting player Jamal, known as Jimmy Anderson. In a flashback, Hind recalls the beginning of her career, how she met her husband Hatem, her previous relationship with Jamal, and her hosting of the program "Between the Lines".

Officer Alaa continues to interrogate Hind to find out the extent of her relationship with Jimmy. She remembers a challenge between her and her colleague Malak to host Jimmy on her program and discovering that he is the husband of her friend Hoda.

In a flashback, Jimmy is surprised to learn of Hind and Hoda's friendship since high school, and he agrees to appear on her TV show. Jimmy tries to rekindle his former love for Hind and recalls her abandonment of him, which sows doubt in Hatem's heart.

In a flashback, Hind's mother opposes her daughter's relationship with Jimmy. Hind is forced to agree to meet with Jimmy so that she can continue presenting her program, and Hatem confronts her with his suspicions about her feelings towards Jimmy.

Hind insists on showing an episode about the businessman Nassar and exposing him, without Nabil’s knowledge. In a flashback, Jimmy and Hoda quarrel over his decision to liquidate all his business abroad, and Hind’s mother asks her daughter to fix things with Hatem.

Rami becomes angry when he learns that Hoda is pregnant, accuses her of fraud and lying, and threatens to expose her. Alaa questions Hoda again because he suspects her after he discovered through surveillance cameras her relationship with Hind before Jimmy’s death.

Hatem is thinking about divorcing Hind, and the forensic report states that there is no criminal suspicion, but Alaa suspects the matter and decides to investigate the incident.

As Alaa gets all of Jimmy's phone messages, he confronts Malak with her threats to Jimmy, and Hind tries to improve her relationship with Hatem and his mother. In a flashback, problems break out between Hoda and Jimmy shortly before his death.

Hind seeks to know everything that happened in the interrogation with Malak and discovers her quarrel with Hoda. In a flashback, the latter learns of Hind and Jimmy’s previous relationship through his phone, and Hind’s mother dies.

Amira steals all the audio recordings from Hind to give them to Al Behairi. Hatem supports Hind in her grief over her mother, and Hind finds herself the focus of everyone's attention after the audio recordings are leaked.

Hind collapses and is taken to the hospital after Al Behairi accuses her of defaming him on her show. Hind discovers her pregnancy and tells Amira that the audio recordings were stolen. Rami is threatened by someone.

Al Behairi loses his case against Hind and plots with Hoda to take revenge on her. Rami tries to convince Hoda to marry him. Alaa finds Jimmy's phone, with which he photographed Hind, in Yahya's bag.

Mahmoud places a listening device in Hatem’s office. Hoda gives Mahmoud a flash drive containing evidence of his wife’s infidelity. Yahya is arrested before he travels and confesses to photographing Hind at Jimmy’s request. Hoda posts a video on social media exposing Hind’s relationship with Jimmy.

Mahmoud saves Hind from being raped by the jewelry shop owner. Hind convinces Bakr and Malak to do a scoop on Al Behairi and his relationships with underage girls.

Bakr and Hind are questioned about filming videos about Al Behairi. Alaa arrests Hoda and Yahya on suspicion of their involvement in Jimmy's case. Hatem decides to break up with Hind after watching a video of her with Jimmy and her confession to him that she loved him.

Mahmoud decides to quit working with Hatem. Hind is arrested and re-interrogated and Hatem divorces her. Alaa discovers the involvement of Khaled, Hoda’s lawyer, in Jimmy’s murder case.

Jimmy's murder case is closed and ruled an accidental death, and after her release, Hind is able to mend things with Hatem. Bakr asks to marry Malak, and Khaled's wife turns to Hind to help her get him released.

A celebration is held for Hind's return to the channel. Mahmoud steals money from the company and burns his apartment to hide his tracks. Alaa tells Hatem that he is certain of Hind's involvement in Jimmy's murder.

Mahmoud confesses that he killed Jimmy, and attempts suicide, but Hind discovers that Hatem killed Jimmy in retaliation for their betrayal, so she goes to the police station to report him, and Hatem rushes after her and gets into a car accident.
