Dr. Salma receives a phone call from her maid, Nadia, telling her of the death of her husband, Khaled, and Sherine in her house. Salma faints, and when she wakes up, she quarrels with Ashraf because his wife, Sherine, cheated on him with her husband.

The case of unknown persons shooting at Salma and Ashraf is investigated, and the latter explains his wife Sherine's infidelity, so Salma tells him she is suspicious about the cause of her husband's death.

Salma asks her colleague Nermin to help her enter the morgue to find out the cause of Khaled’s death. The police question Salma, who confirms that her husband was killed and didn't die of natural causes.

Ashraf is interrogated in the case of Khaled's death, and Salma is enraged when the results of her autopsy report of Ashraf are stolen, which confirm that a murder has taken place.

Investigations reveal that Salma's medical reports were stolen because they contain the reason for her husband’s death, while Nermin retracts her decision to divorce Essam and tries to mend things with him.

As Salma decides to manage her husband's company, Ashraf helps her try to pay off the company's debts and loans, and he gives her audio recordings of talks that took place between Khaled and Sherine, confirming their affair.

Nermin and her husband quarrel, and she is forced to stay at her family's house, while Salma supports her daughter in her grief over her father, and it's revealed that there used to be a love relationship between Ashraf and Salma.

Salma discovers that Khaled has a sister living abroad, and is shocked when she finds listening devices in her house. Essam's father decides to intervene to end Nermin and Essam’s problems through divorce.

Jika discovers that Hassan has been exploiting him and seized his money. Essam's father asks his son to marry another woman so that he can have children. Salma is surprised by Ashraf’s proposal to marry her.

Salma refuses to marry Ashraf, while Hassan rapes a girl with special needs, and pins the blame on Jika.

Jika is arrested, and Salma discovers that the girl he is accused of raping is still a virgin. She discovers that Zaza has planned with Hassan to pin the blame on Jika, so Hassan attempts suicide.

Everyone tries to prevent Hassan from committing suicide. The police investigate the matter and release Jika. Nermin collapses and faints after Essam marries another woman.

To get back with Essam, Nermin stipulates that he must divorce his new wife. Ashraf pressures Salma to marry him and bargains with her to give up his share in the company to her in exchange for their marriage.

Ashraf and Salma get married, and the latter is surprised when Ashraf drugs her so he can get her signature on the sales contract of the land. Nermin’s mother quarrels with Essam’s parents after discovering his marriage to another woman.

Salem quarrels with his brother Essam because he has misgivings about the reputation of his new wife, Amal. Ashraf asks Salma to grant him a general power of attorney. As Budi's father seeks to expose Ashraf’s manipulation and corruption, he discovers his secret marriage to Salma.

Ashraf threatens Salma with separation if she does not grant him a general power of attorney. She discovers that Ashraf is putting drugs in the drinking water, while Nermin warns her about him after discovering his involvement in several crimes internationally.

Ashraf kidnaps Salma, and Nermin asks Jika to disguise himself as a pesticide worker and search for Salma in Ashraf's villa. Khaled's sister asks Ashraf to quickly get rid of Salma.

Ashraf kidnaps Salma's daughter, Talia, to pressure Salma into granting him the power of attorney, and Nermin's mother threatens Essam's second wife with exposing her illicit relationships.

As Alaa succeeds in freeing Talia, Nermin, and Salma, he hacks into Ashraf and Khaled’s sister’s phones and films them together during their agreement. Essam’s wife gives birth to her son, while Nermin’s mother records a confession to her that the boy is Raafat's, so Essam divorces her.

It's revealed that Alaa plotted with Ashraf and Zizi to deceive Salma and trick her into catching Ashraf and handing him over to the police so that Alaa would marry her and seize her money.
