Sakina receives a call from Mansour, who demands that she stay away from his wife, Tansim, so she asks her husband, Farhan, to discipline him. Shadid forbids his wife, Etidal, from watching Turkish soap operas.

Shadid seeks the help of Dr. Sami to examine his mother, and the villagers rejoice at Shams's death. Sakina asks Umm Rehan to find men to attack Mansour, and the villagers are surprised that Shams is still alive.

Shams gets angry with her husband Saeed for marrying Nesma, and accuses her of resorting to magic to marry him. Farhan suffers from a rare disease that makes him laugh during his grief. Hammoud and the filming crew get lost on their way to the village.

Etidal takes advantage of her pregnancy to ask for what she wants from Shams and Shadid. The village women's treatment of their husbands changes thanks to the group Domineering and its founder, Sakina. Saeed dies of a heart attack.

Shams refuses to offer condolences for Saeed's death, and a rumor spreads in the village that she's the cause of his death. Tasneem becomes hostile to Sakina, so she establishes a rival group. Umm Rehan succeeds in repairing Hammoud's car.

Farhan suffers from his wife's mistreatment, and the director chooses him for the lead role in the film. Sakina suffers from Souad's pessimism, and Shadid claims his remorse for his mother's bad treatment of Farhan.

Shadid hosts Souad and her mother at his home, while Aqel hosts Harisa. Souad's negativity affects those she meets, and Rasha hits Harisa because Aqel flirted with her.

The villagers seek to audition for roles in the film. Farhan is surprised by Shadid's asking for his inheritance after the death of their father. Sakina rejects Farhan's decision to give his brother his share in the house.

Shams is confined to bed because she is afraid of Souad. As Farhan dreams of the film's success, he uses his wife to train him to read the script in Arabic, while Hammoud announces to the villagers that he needs actors.

Mahyoub falls in love with Harisa, and Sakina prevents her husband from eating to discipline him, while Shams advises her son Shadid to stay away from his brother Farhan before her death.

Shadid distributes food to the villagers following his mother's death. Etidal trains her husband, Aqel, to act in order to take part in the film. Harisa is terrified of being in the abandoned house.

Harisa is surprised by the presence of the jinn in her room. Sakina trains Farhan to act, and the auditions begin for the villagers in front of Hammoud.

Bassel is unable to come up with money to travel to Morocco. Farhan fails to perform the sad scenes due to his illness, while Samir decides to include him in the film crew after discovering the truth about his illness.

Aqel is surprised that his family witnessed an earthquake in Syria, and the jinn stays with Harisa. Farhan signs a contract to star in the movie, and Rasha forces her brother Mahyoub to watch her husband.

Aqel hides his communication with Harisa from his wife. Bassel posts food recipes on social media, and Sakina neglects her son, Masrour, because of the group Domineering.

Dr. Sami spoils the filming by storming the set with a motorcycle, and Shadid breaks into the set with a firearm, so Umm Rehan is injured by mistake.

Aqel discovers that Umm Rehan was not injured. Sakina tries to stir up her husband's hatred towards his brother Aqel, and Aqel and Farhan shoot at each other over the inheritance.

Umm Rehan supplies Farhan and Shadid with weapons, and the two brothers agree to a truce until the people pass through the battlefield. Aqel and Harisa exchange glances of admiration.

Rasha tries to spy on her husband's phone to no avail. As Shadid signs a contract for acting in the movie Al Jahiliya, he learns that there is a penalty clause obliging him to pay twenty million. Harisa tells Souad's mother that she and Aqel are just friends.

Shadid is forced to shave his mustache to fulfill the director's wish. The number of followers of Bassel's account on social media is increasing, and Aqel dreams of marrying Harisa.

The director Sami suffers from food poisoning. Shadid starts a fight with Farhan. Etidal suspects that Shams and her brother are conspiring against Saeed so he'd give up his property to Shams without his knowledge.

Shadid plans to bribe the writer to change his role, while Farhan hosts Bassel and Mahyoub. The director's health condition improves, and Hammoud suffers as the filming stops due to the director's illness.

Sakina resorts to hypnosis to control Farhan, and Harisa is afraid to sleep because of haunting nightmares. Sakina incites Etidal to search her husband's belongings for the deed of the house.

Mahyoub is surprised by Harisa's refusal to marry him, and Etidal has a car accident while she is being transported to the hospital to give birth. Rasha discovers that her husband is communicating with Harisa.

Bassel is surprised by the drowning of his friends during their illegal immigration. Shadid is tortured by his wife. Etidal gives birth to Sandeed. Farhan beats his wife.

Bassel is devastated by the death of his friends. The village rejoices after Farhan beats Shadid, who resorts to silence after being insulted.

Dr. Sami is unable to provide treatment to Shadid due to his need for a psychiatrist. Rasha decides to pay attention to her husband to keep him from marrying Harisa. Umm Rehan is surprised by the change in Farhan's treatment of his wife.

The villagers discover Shadid is stealing chickens, and Aqel is surprised by his grandmother's illness in Syria. Shadid's personality changes, and he treats his wife and brother well, unlike Farhan, who has become violent.

Sakina and Tasneem reconcile thanks to their husbands, while everyone is surprised by Souad's decision to leave the film. Harisa is reassured by her closeness to God, and Shams' brother returns to threaten Shadid with exposing his mother's secret of robbing Saeed.

Shadid admits that his mother stole Saeed's money. Farhan gets rid of his fear, and he and Shadid take revenge on Shams' brother for deceiving them. As Farhan recovers his rights from Shadid, Bassel and Souad get married, and the film is accepted at the festival.
