Investigator Muhsin al-Khafaji's daughter Sawsan vanishes under unexplained circumstances, and he goes looking for her after learning that she worked as a translator for the Americans. Meanwhile, Sanaa's cousin kidnaps Kibbert, the American, because his friends sexually assaulted Sanaa.

Sanaa kills Kibbert and commits suicide. Muhsin tells his daughter Mrouj of his work as a guide for the Americans until he finds her sister Sawsan. Frank asks him to investigate a murder in the latter's house.

Zahra is caught by Frank and taken to the hospital after being assaulted. Mohsin learns about Zubeida's relationship with his daughter and her stay at her house. Frank hires Muhsin to work for him, and Megan assists Muhsin in robbing Frank of his money.

Muhsin learns that there is a connection between Frank and Fadel. Frank warns Muhsin that if his money is not returned, he will seek revenge. Sawsan asks Amjad to join him in the rebel movement. Frank's men kill Zahra in the hospital.

Sawsan escapes from her father and informs Amjad of her willingness to kill Frank to avenge her two friends, Zahra and Sanaa. Frank agrees with his advisor to get rid of Muhsin, who is asked by Captain Parodi to arrest Zubeida.

Megan helps Mrouj escape from the hospital. Muhsin frees his daughter from Frank, and Parodi helps Muhsin escape before being caught.
