A lot has happened in Belly's life over the past summer and she continues to suffer the consequences of her actions, so Taylor tries to make things better and convinces her to attend Steven's party, but their plans don't go well after he confronts her about her wrongdoings.

Belly helps Jeremiah in the search for the missing Conrad. Still, their differences overshadow the situation until they confront each other and the crisis is resolved, and the two finds Conrad.

The Fisher brothers and Billy are shocked when Aunt Julia puts the summer house up for sale and tries to find a solution with her, while Billy has flashbacks to her time staying at the house with Jeremiah and Conrad.

Steven and Taylor join their friends at the summer house and everyone tries to disrupt the sale, but they end up going out to entertain themselves with Julia's daughter, Skye, and are shocked when they return home.

The friends take up residence at the summer club with Cam's help after Julia kicks them out, but this ignites many feelings and memories inside each of them.

Billy suggests having a big party at the house before it's sold and takes on the task of preparing the party with the help of Conrad and Jeremiah, who are vying for her attention. However, the night ends up causing problems for all of them, forcing Laurel to attend.

Laurel tries to help the Fisher brothers and stop the sale of the house and succeeds in convincing their father, Adam, and Julia. Billy enlists the help of Jeremiah and Steven to carry out a plan to help Conrad study for an important exam.

Jeremiah and Billy reveal their feelings to each other, shocking Conrad. The three find themselves stuck in the weather and forced to stay in one room for the night, each of them torn between making the right decision.
