Rahaf decides to return to her hobby of drawing and offers her neighbors Razan and Mervat to draw them. Moawad quarrels with Rahaf for drawing his wife in an abstract way.

Ibtisam and her husband, Karam, rent Dawlat's apartment. The neighbors discover Ibtisam's envy of everything when she causes their homes' destruction and injures Moawad's foot. The neighbors ask Dawlat to evict her from the apartment.

When the social influencer Yasu rents an apartment in the building, Razan and Mervat try to meet him because they like him, but their husbands refuse to let them do so.

Moawad decides to film videos to publish on social media in order to make profits like Yasu. Mervat tries to force Yasu to film with her so that she can achieve fame.

Salah and Mervat surprise everyone by filming videos and posting them on social media and Razan partners with Mervat in this. The sorceress, Sania, asks to rent an apartment in the building.

Ghassan objects to Salah resorting to Sania to facilitate his life, and the latter is surprised by Ghassan’s visit to her and his request to help her at work.

Ghassan asks Sania to help him with his promotion, and Salah asks for her hand in marriage. Meanwhile, Badie turns to her to increase his money, and Moawad exposes her fraud and swindling of everyone.

Chef Farouk El Sherbiny rents a house in the building and agrees with Moawad to help him deliver food to customers.

Rahaf asks Farouk to help her cook, and she decides to buy food from him and tell her husband that she prepared it. Razan also agrees with Farouk on the same thing.

When Farouk asks Moawad to deliver food to Rahaf and Razan, he exchanges their orders, which exposes their situation. At the same time, Mervat refuses to pay for the food she bought from him.

The residents of the building discover that Farouk is impersonating the real Chef El Sherbini, and the psychiatrist Gharib rents Dawlat's apartment.

Gharib agrees with Moawad to work in his psychological clinic. Salah turns to him to help him with his problems with Mervat, and so Ghassan tells him of the problem that his wife Razan is his manager at work.

The residents discover that Gharib is a psychiatric patient who escaped from the neurological hospital. He is returned to the hospital. Everyone celebrates Salah's birthday.
