Soraya suffers from Alzheimer's, and her nephew Farid seeks to provide her with care. He asks his brother Mustafa and his sister Farah to take care of her, while the building owner is trying to evict Soraya from the apartment.

Farid is forced to return from Italy after Mustafa refuses to look after his aunt and seeks to sell her apartment. As Farid hires the nurse Zainab to look after Soraya, he resumes his friendship with Sarah, while Al Ahmar pressures him to sell Soraya's apartment.

Sarah refuses to return to her ex-husband, Mazen. Farid decides to liquidate his business in Italy, buy the building where Soraya lives so as not to sell her apartment, and open a restaurant in Egypt.

Sarah's father objects to her relationship with Farid, who begins preparing for his new restaurant, and the opening ceremony is held.

Sarah's father gets angry at Farid's proposal to his daughter, objects to it, and tells him to stay away from her. Meanwhile, Soraya's medical condition worsens.

As Sarah resents Farid's relationship with Maryam, she tries to make him jealous by getting back together with Mazen. Al Ahmar plans to take revenge on Farid for competing with his restaurant.

A customer at Farid's restaurant is poisoned, and the latter is questioned. Suspicion creeps into Mustafa's heart toward his wife Salma. Farah is shocked when her husband divorces her. Farid tries to help Soraya regain her memories by inviting her friends home.

As Soraya's condition deteriorates, she accuses her nurse Zainab of theft. Mustafa discovers there's a relationship between Salma and a guy named Ehab. Farah asks her brother Farid to transfer the ownership of the apartment to her.

As Farid discovers that Farah stole Soraya's ring, he proves to Sarah's father that Mazen scammed him and stole his money. Farid tells Maryam of his love for Sarah.

Sarah's father confronts Mazen about his stealing his money and reports him to the police. Farid helps Farah and opens a small business for her, while he offers Mustafa to work with him after the latter divorces Salma. As Soraya dies, Farid turns the building into Soraya Nursing Home.
