Sarab escapes from the mental hospital, and everybody tenses due to Sarab's state of delirium. However, a police car and an ambulance pass by carrying a body on the road, and the fortune-teller says that everyone in the car will die. At the same time, Dr. Ibrahim and Hazem, the lawyer, hear her, and the story of Sarab gradually unfolds.
