Sarab escapes from a psychiatric hospital. Director Fares asks his doctor friend Ibrahim to take actress Loujain on his way. While they are in the car with lawyer Hazem, a fortune teller appears to Loujain, telling her that all the passengers in the car will die.

In a flashback, Hazem is defending Majd in his harassment's case of the girl Maryam. Hazem is trying to convince the latter not to appear before the judge because she lost the case. Inside Ibrahim’s car, the fortune teller tells Loujain that she will die just like Sanaa died.

Hazem offers Loujain to stay at his house until the morning. Loujain disappears and it turns out that she is not the person Hazem and Ibrahim met, and the police are searching for her.

Doctor Qutaiba finds Sanaa's murdered body, and in a flashback, it appears that Sanaa agreed with her colleague Sarab in the hospital to escape. It also becomes clear that Sarab is impersonating the actress Loujain.

Hazem asks businessman Mahran to turn himself in so that he can help him in his case. In a flashback, Maryam’s mother goes with her daughter to file a report against Majd for harassing her, and as the case continues in court, Maryam commits suicide.

Hazem tells Ibrahim that Maryam's ghost is haunting him. A masked man hits Hazem and he is taken to the hospital. Meanwhile, Ibrahim decides to collect information about Sarab.

In a flashback, Ibrahim remembers that an accident occurred with his son Youssef, he was placed on respirators, the decision to remove them from him, and Nurse Samer threatened to expose him.

Hazem becomes worried after Ibrahim's death, which confirms the prophecy to him. He begins searching for Sarab. Armed men raid Hazem's house and cause his wife to miscarry. The fortune teller meets Sarab and shows her all the people who died in her life.

Sarab remembers her childhood and her stepmother's cruel treatment of her, and the fire in Sarab's father's house that killed his wife and her children. It turns out that the fortune teller who appears to her is her father's wife. Anonymous people attack Hazem for his decision to step down from the Mahran case.

Hazem decides to liquidate his business in the country and escape with his wife, but Abu Majd's men track him down and Yasser seeks to help him. Majd confesses to him that he raped Maryam, whose ghost appears to him all the time.
