After an argument with his wife Laila, Hossam recalls his relationship with his old girlfriend Jihan, and when he tries to save Laila, who suffers severe bleeding during her pregnancy, they get into a serious accident before reaching the hospital.
Laila loses her fetus and her uterus is removed, after which the disputes between her brother Ziad and Hossam escalate, while Hanan supports Noura in her crisis. Hossam is swindled while searching for a surrogate mother to carry their child.
Hossam rescues Noura in the hospital; Ziad tries to get closer to Jihan; Laila suffers from PTSD; Hossam puts aside his differences with Khaled in order to help him rent a womb.
As Shaker tarnishes Hanan's reputation in the neighborhood, Mervat protects her, while Farag's hopes to reach her are renewed. Hossam also begins his first steps to have a child with Laila and is forced to cooperate with his enemies to do so.
Ziad ignites disagreements between Hossam and Laila and increases her suspicions. Farag finds Hanan and threatens to kill her because she aborted his son. He then cooperates with Shaker to take revenge on her, while Noura restores her relationship with Shaker.
Hanan agrees to rent her womb to Hossam and flees home for fear of Farag's pursuit and constant threats to her, while Laila is released from the hospital and decides to return to her father's house and stay away from Hossam.
Laila discovers the relationship between Hossam and Jihan and confronts her about it. After Farag finds Hanan, Hossam helps her hide from him in Jihan's house and comes clean to his mother about renting a womb, while Laila asks for a divorce from Hossam.
Hossam tries to restore his relationship with Laila and rule out the idea of divorce. Farag decides to resort to legal means to take revenge on Hanan, while Hossam begins the process of fertilizing eggs in her womb. Youssef threatens Nariman with revealing their relationship to Ziad.
Laila meets with Youssef and tries to solve the dispute between him and Nariman. Then he tries to get closer to Laila. Hossam meets Madiha, Farag's lawyer, in the hope of them not going through with Hanan's case, while the pregnancy of Hanan is going normally.
Hanan runs away from home and Hossam tries to search for her. Farag threatens Siham in order to help him reach Hanan, which leads to tension in her relationship with Gaber, while Laila asks Hossam to abort the fetus in Hanan’s womb after knowing all the details.
Ziad seeks to sue Hossam, then reaches Khaled and threatens to expose them. Hossam proposes marriage to Hanan, while Laila resorts to drug addiction to escape her problems, and Farag tries to reach Hossam to take revenge on him.
Hanan meets with Madiha to convince her to help her. Ziad tries to reach Hanan. Nabil discovers that Laila is taking narcotic drugs. A dispute breaks out between Laila and Nariman over Laila’s relationship with Youssef, while Hossam and Hanan enter into a sham marriage.
Farag assaults Hossam, and then he throws him into prison. Shaker and Noura decide to get married. Hossam ends Youssef’s relationship with Laila, who decides to undergo treatment for addiction. A dispute breaks out between her and Ziad over her resuming her relationship with Hossam.
Hossam succeeds in bringing Hanan and Laila closer together. Farag is released from prison, and Ziad divorces Nariman after she revealed to him her old relationship with Youssef. Khaled and Siham are arrested after Gaber informs the police of their work, while Shaker marries Noura.
Farag finds Hanan, then Hossam kills him to save her from him, but he is treacherously stabbed by Farag, and then the police search for him. Hanan gives birth in the presence of Laila, while Hossam dies after severe bleeding from the stab wound.
