Mukhtar faces difficulties with his children on a personal level while seeking to solve the financial problems in his company.

When Mukhtar receives an offer to sell the house, Nadine tries to convince him, but he refuses. Marwan gets angry at the way his father treats him, and Mona tries to convince Mukhtar to let her travel.

A dispute between Marwan and Mukhtar occurs because of the family rules, which Marwan rejects. Yehia Shaker tries to find a way to sell the houses.

Residents who refuse to sell the houses meet to discuss the sales offers made by Yehia, while Mukhtar's sons meet and inform him of their demands.

The relationship between Mai and Mukhtar grows stronger, and his children begin to think about the benefit that will result from selling the house. Nadine raises her financial offer, but Mukhtar insists on refusing.

Mukhtar's children discuss the matter of selling the house. Mukhtar meets with the residents of Maadi to find a solution for Yehia's company, and Ahmed offers Mona the solution to travel for the scholarship abroad.

Mukhtar informs Yehia Shaker's company that he completely refuses the sale. Yehia allocates a large sum of money to one of those who refuse to sell to work as a spy for them. A dispute breaks out between Mona and Mukhtar because she wants to travel for the scholarship.

Mukhtar's mother-in-law comes to advise him on some family matters. The children plan to stage a household revolution and hold elections at home to choose who will manage the family's affairs.

The children begin implementing the Al Toofan (flood) plan against Mukhtar in order for him to agree to the elections, but he continues to refuse.

Mona agrees to marry Ahmed after Mukhtar agrees to let her travel for the scholarship. Nadine's attempts to obtain Mukhtar's approval to sell the house fail, so she turns to Marwan to convince him.

Mona goes to Mai and asks her to stay away from Mukhtar, whose mother-in-law tries to convince him to sell the house, and he agrees to hold elections in the house.

Yehia's company fails to convince Mukhtar to sell the house, and they try to force him in various ways. The elections begin in the house, and each candidate discusses his electoral program.

Marwan negotiates with Nadine about persuading Mukhtar to sell, and Mahmoud informs Sanaa of his desire to marry Madiha. Maya rages when she discovers that Mukhtar helped Mai open her shop, so she goes to destroy it.

Mukhtar quarrels with Maya after she destroys Mai's shop. Maya shaves off all of her hair out of sadness at her father’s attitude towards her. Mahmoud leaves the house because his mother rejects his marriage to Madiha.

Marwan goes to save Madi from committing suicide, and their relationship strengthens. The elections begin, and Marwan defeats Mukhtar.

Mukhtar feels disappointed after losing the elections to Marwan. The children present their new demands. Karim tries to find a way to convince Mai to sell the house. After the tension Maya caused, Mai and Mukhtar's relationship gets better.

Things deteriorate and chaos reigns in the house under Marwan's management, and the latter tries to pressure Mukhtar to sell the house.

Chaos continues at home and old laws are broken. Madi tries to convince Marwan to force Mukhtar to sell the house. Nadine asks Mona to convince Mukhtar to do the same thing after the house’s price increases.

Karim goes to film an episode with Mukhtar at his workplace, but the latter kicks him out. Nadine threatens Marwan to pressure his father to sell the house as soon as possible. Madi leaves the house. Yehia's company cuts off the Internet connection to Mukhtar’s house to pressure him to sell it.

Marwan and Madi's relationship becomes tense after she sees him with a girl at university. Mukhtar asks Madi to stay away from Marwan. Yehia Shaker's company continues to pressure Mukhtar to sell the house, and he maintains his position of refusal.

Karim uses his daughter to put pressure on Mai. Yehia Shaker's company cuts off electricity to Mukhtar's house. Mona travels for her scholarship without Mukhtar's knowledge.

Mukhtar feels sad after Mona travels. Marwan goes to the hospital after getting into a fight because of Madi. Mukhtar tries to get closer to Marwan and mend their relationship.

After Mai persuades him, Mukhtar consents to attend the residents' meeting to sell the house. Marwan presents Mukhtar with a fait accompli when Madi comes to stay in their house.

Mukhtar agrees to appear on Karim's program. Mahmoud returns home with Sanaa. Madi continues to provoke Marwan's family. Karim takes advantage of the personal side of Mukhtar's life to pressure him on his television program.

Karim kicks Mai out of the house to sell it to Yehia Shaker's company. Yehia offers Mukhtar a huge sum of money to sell the house, but the latter continues to refuse. Marwan quarrels with Madi.

Mukhtar welcomes Mai to his home after Karim kicks her out. Karim fabricates forgery and fraud cases against Mukhtar, so the police arrest Mukhtar amidst his children's breakdown.

Sadness looms over Mukhtar's home after his arrest. Mona returns from her trip after learning what happened. Yehia Shaker's company pressures Marwan to agree to sell the house, and Mukhtar is released from prison on bail.

Marwan regrets agreeing to sell the house and is unable to tell Mukhtar about it. The latter forgives Mona for what she did while traveling. Karim pressures Mai by using her daughter.

Nadine informs Mukhtar of the truth about Marwan's signing the sales contract of the house, and he is given a choice between accepting as well or returning to prison. Madi goes to the hospital for psychological treatment, and Mukhtar's children refuse to sell the house.

Mukhtar's family's conditions improve. Mahmoud and Madiha get engaged. Mukhtar and his children resist the decision to demolish the house.
