Said and his friends come from a poor neighborhood in Casablanca, where they lack the most basic rights. When they try to convey their demands to the head of government and do not receive a response, they take a bold step and take a group of diplomats and prominent political figures hostage, which turns them into terrorists and puts them in trouble, especially when things get out of their control.
