Yehya wins a match against Sanad and returns to his work as a doctor. After his divorce from his wife Noha, Shabaka tries to persuade Yehya to return to the ring, but his coach Tambi refuses due to his old age. Yehya tells the prostitute Alia about his fear of developing Alzheimer’s.
Tambi convinces Yehya to return to the game through an illegal match, and he begins preparing for it. Yehya discovers that he has Alzheimer's, like his father.
After Yehya loses the first match, Shabaka asks Tambi to train Yehya again. Yehya seeks to get closer to his daughter Farida and takes her to his father. Shabaka is worried after Yehya suffers from a temporary bout of Alzheimer's during the press conference for the championship.
In a flashback, Shabaka is revealed to be the son of a serial killer, while Yehya seeks to mend things between him and Tambi. Yehya is forced to sell his car to pay for Farida’s school fees, and meets Alia and her daughter, while his father gets lost.
Yehya asks Shabaka to search for his father, and Shabaka seeks to know his real father. Tambi and Yehya begin training for the official match, which he wins, and the latter confesses his love to Alia.
Yehya asks Shabaka to look after his father, and the friendship between them is strengthened. The doctor tells Yehya that the sport he is practicing is leading to a rapid deterioration in his health. Yehya is revealed to be the killer of Alia's husband, Sanad.
Alia confronts Yehya about his killing of her husband, and asks him to stay away from her. Yehya is forced to take his father with him to the gym, and a match is held between Yehya and Rafif in preparation for the final match.
Shabaka is sad that his mother left him. After Noha discovers that Yehya has Alzheimer's, she tries to convince him to return to her and take care of Farida, but he refuses, so his daughter pressures him to quit boxing so that his life does not deteriorate, and Yehya's father dies.
Musa marries Shabaka's mother, and Tambi tries to convince Yehya to quit working with Shabaka's mother, but he refuses. After he succeeds in defeating his Russian rival in the match, Yehya pays off all of Alia's debts, and promises his daughter that he will retire.
