Yasmine, the forensic doctor Hamdi Abdel Rahim's wife, gives birth to twins, but the couple soon finds it difficult to deal with the two infants. Therefore, they decide to hire the house manager Umm Sabreen to help them.

Umm Sabreen causes many problems for Hamdi and Yasmine due to her negligence. Hamdi is temporarily suspended from work, and a house fire occurs on the twins' birth celebration day.

Hamdi and Yasmine are trying to renovate their house after the fire. Yasmine convinces the station manager to let her return to her job as a broadcaster, but she is gaining a lot of weight because of the food that Fatima, the new house manager, is cooking.

Yasmine faces an embarrassing situation on air because of her weight gain, so she goes to Dr. Ghandour, who puts her on a strict diet. However, when Fatima pressures Yasmine to give up the diet, Yasmine is forced to undergo surgery to lose weight.

Hamdi and Yasmine welcome Ayla, the new house manager. Hamdi admires her, shows an interest in her, and takes her with him to work, which arouses the jealousy of Yasmine, who seeks to move to a new house away from Hamdi’s mother.

Yasmine agrees with Arabi to propose to Ayla to keep her away from Hamdi, but Ayla turns out to be a thief after she steals all the furniture from Hamdi and Yasmine's house.

Safia comes in as the new house manager, but her hearing loss causes a new problem for Hamdi at work. Yasmine searches for buyers for the apartment, which angers Hamdi's mother.

Yasmine takes Safia to Dr. Ghandour to treat her hearing loss, but Hamdi tries in every way to get rid of her. Hamdi and Yasmine go to Fadi to help them gain followers on social media.

Hamdi and Yasmine hire a new housekeeper obsessed with cleanliness, Hana. However, when Hamdi and Yasmine are infested with head lice, Hana feels uncomfortable being around them.

Hamdi and Yasmine's attempts to get rid of lice continue to no avail, and Hana is forced to leave after she is infected.

Hamdi and Yasmine hire Moataza, who imposes a special pricing system for every request they make of her. Yasmine tries to convince Doria to give up the house to Hamdi so that he can sell it, but she refuses.

Moataza imposes a penalty on Hamdi and Yasmine so that she can leave the house, but she is forced to flee after Hamdi and Arabi succeed in devising a plan to harass her.

Hamdi and Yasmine hire Hadia, but her frequent gossip and divulging family secrets cause verbal arguments to break out between all family members, after which Yasmine asks for a divorce from Hamdi.

Yasmine divides the apartment between her and Hamdi and hires Fayza as the new house manager. Fayza plans to control the house by forging a lease contract and kicking Hamdi and Yasmine out. The couple files a case as a result of which the apartment is divided equally between the two parties.

Hamdi and Yasmine enlist the help of all the women who worked in their house to get Fayza and her family out of the apartment. The plan succeeds, and the police arrest Fayza. Yasmine decides she doesn't want a divorce and gets pregnant with twins.
