Masoud quarrels with his ex-wife, Umm Khaled, and files a police report against her. Umm Khaled tries to ask her sisters, Hind and Salwa, for financial help, but they refuse. So she complains to her brother, Suleiman.
As Umm Khaled tries to buy a car for her son on installments, his father, Masoud, receives his second wife's Chinese friends, Oya, at his home and tries to get close to them.
Umm Khaled congratulates Umm Khalaf on her son's release from prison. Oya's friends rob Umm Khaled's house, and Masoud refuses to file a report against them.
Hind refuses her son Faisal's request to sell the property she owns to establish his project, and Khalaf asks his mother to approach Umm Khaled to ask for the hand of one of her daughters in marriage, but Umm Khaled refuses and claims that all of her daughters are engaged.
Abu Fahd invites his wife Salwa's family to his home, but she insists on not inviting her sister Umm Khaled and her children. At the same time, Masoud decides to open a shop with Oya.
Khaled decides to join the police academy without his mother's knowledge and asks his father for help. Suleiman proposes to Hind's daughter on his son Dawood's behalf, and Faisal seeks to contact his aunt, Umm Khaled.
As Masoud agrees with his friend Cruz to trade and open an office for runaway servants and workers, Faisal tries to help Khaled buy the car he wants, and Faisal becomes impressed with his cousin Nora.
Masoud and Cruz begin their work and agree with the maids to work in the houses. Hind and Salwa become angry when Umm Khaled tells them that their mother wrote the house contract in the name of their brother Suleiman.
Hind and Salwa decide to file a lawsuit against Suleiman for forging the house contract. When Umm Khalaf learns that Nora is not engaged, she approaches Umm Khaled and asks for Nora's hand in marriage to her son. Meanwhile, Faisal and Fahd decide to marry their cousins.
Umm Khaled is looking for a new maid to work in her home, and is surprised to find that Masoud owns an office for such work. As Masoud is upset by his daughter Nora's cold treatment of him, Fahd and Faisal try to convince their uncle Suleiman to find a solution to sell the house.
Masoud refuses to help his son Khaled enroll in the police academy, believing he will be arrested. A dispute erupts between Khaled's mother and Suleiman over selling the house.
Fahd asks Fawz to marry him, and Hind agrees with Masoud to falsely testify that her mother was incompetent before her death to cast doubt on the house sale contract.
Masoud proposes to Saleh's daughter, but she rebukes him for the big age difference between them. Fahd formally proposes to Umm Khaled to marry her daughter Fawz.
Suleiman is shocked when he receives a lawsuit filed against him by Hind. Dana is saddened that Fahd does not like her back, and Umm Khaled refuses her daughter Nora’s marriage to Khalaf because he works in a wedding band.
As Fawz agrees to marry Fahd, Masoud testifies in Hind's favor regarding the house issue, which upsets Suleiman, and he dies, and Umm Khaled collapses over his death.
Umm Khaled quarrels with her sisters, Hind and Salwa, for causing Suleiman's death, and refuses to let them stay at the funeral. Khalaf tries to support Umm Khaled's family in their grief, hoping to get closer to them.
Hind gets angry when Salwa gives up the house issue. Masoud's relationship with Mary grows stronger, and he marries her without Oya's knowledge. Hind insists on completing her son Faisal's marriage to Salwa's daughter, Hanadi.
Fahd tells Umm Khalid that his mother and aunt have dropped the case against him regarding the house. Khalid bids farewell to his mother to enroll in the police academy, and Umm Khalid discovers that Dawood, Suleiman’s son, is trying to sell his father’s house.
Mary reassures her family back home that Masoud has furnished a house in her name, while Oya complains about Masoud's absence from the house for long periods and suspects that he is cheating on her.
Umm Khaled is surprised when Nasser, Suleiman's son, sells the house, deposits the money in her name in the bank, and asks to marry her daughter, Badour. Masoud worries about the police searching for the maid-smuggling gang, and Faisal marries his cousin.
Khalifa tells Umm Khaled that he has found a new job delivering orders, and Oya agrees with someone to keep an eye on Masoud.
Hanadi returns to her parents' home and insists on asking for a divorce. She tells her mother what happened between her and Faisal. On the other hand, Khaled tells his father that his cousin has proposed to Badour.
Oya tries to seize Masoud's money and confronts him about his marriage to Mary. At the same time, Umm Khaled tries to force Nora to marry Faisal.
Masoud divorces Oya, and Salwa is forced to reluctantly propose to Fawz for her son Fahd.
The police arrest Khalifa and accuse him of killing his friend until his innocence is proven. Masoud falls in love with the new employee, Shama.
Khalifa is released from prison after his innocence is proven. Masoud approaches Shama and decides to marry her. Hind tries to fix things between him and her son Faisal.
As Masoud seeks to marry Shama, Umm Khaled visits her sister Hind and reconciles them, and Dana tries to convince Faisal to return to Hanadi.
Fawz and Fahd's wedding is held, and when Masoud asks to marry Shama, he discovers that she is his half-sister, so he suffers a heart attack and is taken to the hospital.
Khaled visits his father in the hospital and meets his aunt Shama. Mary refuses to see him, and Hanadi agrees to return to Faisal.
After recovering his health, Masoud asks Umm Khaled to return to him after his divorce from Mary, and Khalifa marries Nora.
