Saud commits suicide, and psychiatrist Ghanem fails to save him. Dr. Khaled seeks to obtain Saud's heart so that he can transfer it to Halima. The latter accompanies her mother from the hospital to complete her treatment at home, and the doctor warns her of her poor condition.

Ghanem feels responsible for the suicide of young Saud, and Dr. Latifa agrees with him to investigate the matter. Halima is surprised to find her mother chasing her little brother and making him scared.

Hallucinations overwhelm Halima's mother, while Saud's father tries to support Sarah in her grief over her brother. Hamda bargains with Khaled over providing a heart donor for Halima in exchange for helping her reach Saif. Taif tries to expose Ghanem’s research on Saif’s condition.

Abu Saud (Saud's father) quarrels with Taif and insists on informing the police that she entered his house. Ghanem asks Ghaith to take over Saif’s research after him. Hamda remembers her relationship with Saif and decides to donate her heart to medical research.

Halima is taken to the hospital in serious condition; Khaled asks Hamda to quickly find a heart donor for her; Muhammad, Ghanem's son, returns from travel; Ghanem returns to his work at the university.

Souad offers Muhammad a job with her brother in the company. Hanadi gets into many problems because of the scandalous videos she posts on social media, upon which her husband divorces her. Abu Saud is enraged when a video of Saud’s condition before his suicide is shown on a program.

Sarah tells Ghanem her problems with her father for posting a video about Saud. Ghaith confronts Ghanem about the death of another patient on whom he conducted his experiments.

Abu Hanadi asks his daughter to stay away from Fahd. Umm Taif (Taif's mother) suggests that Fahd marry Hamda, after which Taif discovers that there is a relationship between Hamda and Saif. Taif gets into a car accident and she is taken to the hospital in a serious condition.

Halima is forced to place her mother again in the psychiatric hospital, and Taif dies as a result of the accident.

Sarah tells Ghanem that she sees hallucinations all the time, and the wedding of Fahd and Hamda takes place. Ghanem asks Khaled not to tell anyone about the transfer of Taif’s heart to Halima.

Ghanem waits for the university to approve funding his research. Hanadi miscarries and is taken to the hospital, and Khaled asks Halima to marry him.

Halima refuses to marry Khaled; Ghanem suspects that Hamda is suffering from a mental illness; Sarah gets closer to Ghanem.

Sarah tells her family that she has seen ghosts in the house. Abu Hanadi quarrels with his daughter for posting videos on social media. Hamda remembers her conversation with Saif and warning him about his father Ghanem’s research.

Hamda informs Khaled that there is a heart donor, and in return, she asks him to give her information about Saif. Halima applies for a job at Fahd’s restaurant.

The nurse tells Khaled that Halima is trying to find out the name of her heart donor. Umm Fahd scolds her son for getting close to Hanadi again. Ghaith works as a singer in the restaurant where Halima works.

As Fahd tells Hanadi that he has opened a cafe, he asks her not to tell his parents about it. Nurse Hiyam refuses to tell Hamda the name of the patient who took Taif's heart and advises her to forget everything about Saif. Halima cuts her hair and starts to resemble Taif.

Hanadi's relationship with Fahd strengthens. Hamda tries to search for a lock for the key she found in Taif's plant pot, while Ghanem suspects that Hamda searched his office. Sarah meets Jassim with his new wife and their son.

Umm Fahd scolds Hanadi for getting close to her son, while Hamda confronts Fahd about his love for Hanadi. Khaled kidnaps Halima. It turns out that Ghanem has plotted with Jawaher to trick Sarah into thinking that she's being stalked.

Dr. Saleh questions Ghanem's intentions towards patients, while someone tries to run over Ghaith with his car, and Fahd notices that it is the same car that ran over Taif.

It's revealed that Khaled is secretly married and has a child. Halima discovers that Taif is her heart donor. Fahd’s relationship with Hamda worsens after Hanadi gets closer to him.

Ghaith suffers a sudden accident. As Hamda's psychological condition improves, Fahd seeks to mend his relationship with her. Halima refuses to continue her treatment under Ghanem's supervision, and the head of the department, Latifa, issues a decision to review all of Ghanem's research.

Sarah gets close to Ghanem out of jealousy of her cousin's engagement. Halima confronts Ghanem about transferring his daughter's heart to her. Hanadi continues to meet with Fahd, to Hamda's jealousy. As Hiyam tries to draw Khaled's attention to her, she confesses her love for him.

Ghanem quarrels with his brother Salem and kicks him out of the house, while the doctor informs Halima that her mother’s responding well to the treatment, and someone vandalizes Hanadi’s new car.

Halima tells Ghanem that she is seeing hallucinations like what happened with Sarah. Fahd is angry after learning of Hamda’s love for his brother Saif before his death. Abu Hanadi quarrels with his daughter, who continues to expose people on social media.

Hanadi refuses to marry Fahd. Umm Taif meets Halima and is surprised by the great resemblance in her behavior and hairstyle, not knowing that she has her daughter’s heart. Khaled is revealed to have killed Hiyam after a quarrel between them, and he puts her in the refrigerator at home.

Ghaith tells Fahd that Halima has received Taif's heart and that he doubts the behavior of Dr. Khaled, who tries to kill Halima and put her in the refrigerator at home with Hiyam.

Umm Taif quarrels with her husband, Ghanem, because of his relationship with Sarah. Khaled locks Halima in the apartment and ties her with ropes. Hamda tells Fahd that the heart memory of Halima is similar to Taif’s heart memory.

The hospital nurse tells Ghanem that she is suspicious about Hiyam and Halima disappearing at the same time. Sarah asks Ghanem to marry her. The latter goes to Khaled's house and tries to free Halima, but Khaled imprisons them both, and Sarah commits suicide.

Everyone is searching for Ghanem, and Dr. Saleh files a complaint against Ghanem, accusing him of conducting non-medical research on patients. Hamda links the messages sent from Ghanem’s phone to Halima’s phone.

The university body demands Ghanem's resignation. Ghaith and Fahd report Khaled and the police arrest him before he burns Ghanem and Halima. Hanadi agrees to marry Abu Rashid to please her father. Hamda tells Fahd that she is pregnant.
