Hammam incurs debts after leaving his job, so his wife suggests that he sell her gold and buy a taxi to work on it. As he takes someone in his car and the person leaves a bag with gold jewelry, Hammam is surprised when the police announce the disappearance of this person.

Hammam is worried that the police are searching for him and tells his wife that he hid the bag of gold until its owner appears. On the other hand, Abu Hussein quarrels with his son because he forcibly seizes his father’s salary.

As Umm Hammam quarrels with his mother-in-law and Hammam tries to reconcile them, Saeed suggests that Abu Hussein marry one of them. Hammam asks his wife to hide the gold in the house, and he is surprised by an anonymous letter stating that he knows what he did.

As Hammam tells his wife that someone is watching him, the quarrel between the mothers-in-law is still ongoing in Hammam’s house. Hammam’s mother seeks to marry Safiya to Abu Hussein, but Safiya discovers the matter and decides to get rid of Hammam’s mother by marrying her off to the same person.

Hammam asks Abu Hussein to keep an eye on the strangers in the neighborhood until he finds out who is sending him pictures and messages, so the residents quarrel with Abu Hussein.

An unknown person kidnaps Hammam and demands the gold bag from him, but the latter stipulates that its owner must appear to return it to him. Safiya and Umm Hammam’s pranks continue as each of them seeks to get rid of the other by getting her to marry Abu Hussein.

As Nasser suspects Hammam's involvement in the case of the bag owner's disappearance, Hammam becomes angry when his wife asks him to wear a piece of gold.

Hammam is surprised by a person claiming to be the brother of the owner of the bag, who asks him to hand the bag over. On the other hand, Hammam thinks about selling the taxi due to its many problems.

Umm Hammam quarrels with Safiya and kicks her out of the house. At the same time, Hussein scolds Nasser and Hilal for their constant presence in the neighborhood and asks them to leave.

Hammam tells his friends Hilal and Nasser what happened to him with the owner of the bag, and they advise him to report it to the police. Abu Ali informs Abu Hussein that his son has seized his carpentry workshop and sold it.

As Marwan bin Hammam disappears and everyone searches for him, Hammam quarrels with his mother because she objects to Hiyam working on a cooking project. In the meantime, Hammam receives another threatening letter from an unknown person.

As Hammam agrees with his friends to develop a plan to catch the person threatening him, Hammam refuses to marry his mother off to Abu Hussein.

As Abu Hussein tries to convince his son to return to his work, Hammam and his friends succeed in catching the person threatening him and discover that he is Saadoun.

As a video of Hammam is published on the Internet while he finds the bag of gold, Hammam discovers that Hussein is the one behind its publication, and when he confronts him about it, he denies it, but Satouhi confesses on him.

Abu Hussein quarrels with his son and discovers that he is the one behind everything that is happening to Hammam, that the gold is fake, and that he is the one who put it in Hammam’s car. Eventually, Hammam returns to his work and quits driving the taxi.
