During the English occupation of the El-Gamaleya neighborhood, a bully who is unfair and violates the rights of the locals subjects them to injustice. Ali Al-Jamal, a young man who was robbed when he first arrived in the area, starts confronting him. Ali develops a strong animosity for the bully, which prompts him to practice and get ready to face him.
