Rania is waiting to give birth to her fourth daughter, while her husband, Walid, and her mother-in-law are angry because they want to have a boy. Meanwhile, Rania’s sister Sherine, along with her husband, Waseem, wishes to get pregnant.
Rania is upset that Walid did not attend the delivery of their baby at the hospital. Rania's sister Rahaf discovers that she is pregnant by her fiancé Firas and decides to have an abortion, but he refuses.
Walid tries to mend things with Rania, who agrees to return home with him on the condition that he treats his four daughters in a good way. Firas quarrels with Rahaf because she insists on having an abortion. Walid’s mother meets his former girlfriend, Dima.
Walid's mother informs her son of her meeting with Dima, and tries to persuade him to marry her. Firas tells Waseem about the problem of Rahaf’s pregnancy.
Walid communicates with Dima and likes her son. Rania confronts Rahaf about her pregnancy, but the latter insists on having an abortion and resorts to an illegal doctor to do so.
Firas scolds Waseem for telling everyone about Rahaf's pregnancy. As Sherine sees Walid with Dima and her son, she suspects that they're in a relationship.
Rania confronts Walid about his marriage to Dima, and asks for a divorce. Firas dies in a car accident while trying to prevent Rahaf from aborting the baby. Rahaf gives birth to a baby boy, and Walid takes care of Dima’s son after her death.
