In Madison, Satu, Knox, and Gerbert arrive at the Bishop family home to find Matthew and Diana missing, and the couple is transported back in time to 1590 London to confront Matthew's past which has affected his present.
Diana returns from London with Matthew to find tragedy at the palace, before the witch reveals her shock with the appearance of another familiar face named Jack Blackfriars and enlists Sarah's help to obtain the Book of Life.
