A group of teen street racers is tasked with infiltrating a street racing criminal ring and becoming spies for a government agency.

The team braves a grueling mission in the Sahara Desert to find Cleve Kelso, but after they are captured, Layla and Tony have to win a race to set them free.
Accused of a crime they did not commit, the Spy Racers decide to flee to Mexico. The team participates in races to secure money upon their arrival.
The team embarks on an exciting adventure when one of their own is threatened by an old enemy, which prompts the rest of them to venture into a daring rescue mission.
