Mr. Saeed leaves for the Levant on a medical trip and is admitted to a hospital. After a while, he is transferred to a new floor, where he notices strange behaviors and frightening appearances in some people. He senses that something is unusual, and later he uncovers a truth that is hard for him to believe.
