A large family lives in a large palace, but the General Antiquities Directorate tries to buy the house for the purpose of converting it into a museum. The family members become the subject of disagreement between supporters and opponents. Meanwhile, their youngest son, Wahid, tries to become independent on his own and marry his lover, Wafaa, despite everyone’s opposition.
