During his night shift, a young man in his twenties working as a customer service representative for an internet company receives a call from a customer complaining about a service outage. Despite his attempts to help the customer, the man does not accept this easily, reprimands him, and reveals to him the extent of his depression and weakness and the ugliness of his life.
