The belly dancer Ish Ish lives with her mother, Ikhlas, her aunt, Tayseer, and her aunt’s husband, Boshkash, who seizes her money, while Ragab deals drugs in secret with his wife, Shadia, and tries to force his son Mukhtar to propose to Lubna, Farag’s daughter.

Ikhlas asks Ish Ish not to go to Shadia and Ragab, and it turns out that Shadia had devised a plot against Ikhlas that put her in prison. Ikhlas was lied to about her daughter’s death. Then it's revealed that Lubna is Ish Ish’s sister from her mother, while Mukhtar looks for Ish Ish until he finds her.

Ish Ish tells Mukhtar that she doesn't like to dance but has to to earn money, that her mother is unjustly imprisoned, and that her father abandoned her. Shadia threatens Ikhlas to keep Ish Ish away from her son, Mukhtar, who proposes to Ish Ish, and then it becomes clear that he's deceiving her.

Faten warns Ish Ish about Mukhtar and how he deceives girls and leaves them. Ikhlas tells Ish Ish about her past and her relationship with Shadia, Ragab, and Farag. Ish Ish tells her sister Safaa that she is secretly married. Lt. Col. Moatasem tells Ish Ish that Mukhtar is a drug dealer.

After Ish Ish discovers that her marriage contract with Mukhtar is forged, he tries to silence her with a million pounds, but she refuses and decides to expose him. Abdel Ati reveals to Mukhtar Ikhlas's past and her relationship with Shadia, Ragab, and Farag.

Shadia kicks Ikhlas and Ish Ish out of the house. Ish Ish tries to get the money that Mukhtar promised her, but he refuses. Ikhlas insists on Ish Ish marrying Nassa, who tries to kill Mukhtar, and Lubna is accidentally stabbed.

Farag and Mukhtar quarrel over Lubna's injury. Mukhtar tells Shadia that Ish Ish's henchmen are the ones who did this. Nassa confesses to his family that he tried to kill Mukhtar. Safaa tells Ish Ish that she loves Nassa. Ish Ish dances at a wedding in the presence of Ragab, who is taken by her.

Ikhlas frees her daughter from the grip of Shadia and Mukhtar. Shadia agrees with Lubna about her marriage to Mukhtar. As Ragab tries to talk with Ish Ish and go out with her, she tells him that she's Ikhlas's daughter, and Moatasem sees them.

Safaa tells Nassa that she loves him, and Lubna tells Mukhtar of her agreement to marry him behind her father’s back. As Ish Ish tells Ragab that she knows about the old relationship between him and her mother, he suspects Ish Ish of playing him, but he grows fond of her.

Mukhtar confesses to Ish Ish that he wronged her, and offers to marry her, then divorce her, and give her a big deferred dowry. She rejects the offer, while Nassa tells her that if he does not marry her, he will tell Ragab about her plan.

A confrontation takes place between Safaa and Ish Ish over Nassa. Shadia plans to seize Ragab’s wealth, as conflicts escalate between him and Farag. Ismail relays the news to Moatasem. Ragab announces the date of his marriage to Ish Ish, much to Mukhtar and Shadia's shock.

Shadia tells Farag that Ragab will marry Ikhlas's daughter. As Shadia tells Ragab about the old relationship between Ish Ish and Mukhtar, Ragab asks Ish Ish if this is true.

Ish Ish denies knowing Mukhtar, who tries to find out the fate of Ragab's merchandise, so Hayatem tells him that it was moved. Ragab confronts Ish Ish with Mukhtar after hearing a message proving their relationship.

Lubna runs away to marry Mukhtar. Ragab offers Ikhlas a lot of money in exchange for quitting dancing. Ikhlas is robbed. The relationship between Mukhtar and Ragab becomes tense. Ish Ish tries to reach out to Moatasem.

Mukhtar and Lubna get married, and Ikhlas discovers that Boshkash stole her money, divorced Tayseer and ran away. Abdel Ati tries to trick Ragab into signing papers relinquishing his property. Ish Ish becomes afraid after Ragab asks Abdel Ati to check her recent calls.

Ish Ish and her family find Boshkash and he refuses to return the money. As Abdel Ati asks Ish Ish for the papers that Ragab was going to sign, she agrees when she learns that he has records of her calls, because of which she could be ruined if Ragab sees them.

Ish Ish hands over the papers to Abdel Ati, and discovers that she is pregnant. Mukhtar questions Lubna’s lineage, while Farag threatens to disinherit her. Abdel Ati manipulates everyone when he finds out that Ish Ish is pregnant.

Safaa reveals that the maid is spying, so Ish Ish fires her. Ragab discovers that Mukhtar's number isn't in the call log, while Mukhtar and Ish Ish confess their love for each other. They are overheard by Lubna, who rushes to tell Ragab.

Farag plots with Abdel Ati to have Ragab imprisoned in return for money. Boshkash returns to Tayseer, claiming that he has cancer. Ish Ish reveals to Moatasem the drug warehouse's location, and she discovers from her mother that Ragab is infertile after sending him a message saying that she's pregnant.

As Ragab announces her pregnancy despite knowing that he is infertile, Boshkash blackmails Ish Ish financially to keep quiet about the secret. Mukhtar tries to confront Ish Ish, but she screams, claiming that he wants to rape her.

As he beats Mukhtar and disowns him, Ragab insists on knowing the child’s father. Mukhtar asks Farag to work with him in exchange for exacting revenge on Ragab. Ish Ish hears Ragab’s talk about delivering the merchandise, so she tells Moatasem. Two criminals beat Ish Ish and throw her in the street.

Ish Ish confesses everything to Ragab, who divorces her. Abdel Ati warns her of being found out. Ragab reconciles with Farag. Everyone rejoices at the wedding of Mukhtar and Lubna, while Ish Ish sadly watches them.

Shadia tries to settle the dispute with Ragab, and denies sending the criminals to beat Ish Ish. The latter goes to Makram to work in the nightclub, and refuses to receive financial assistance from Faten. Lubna discovers that her father married Ikhlas and confirms the matter with Makram.

After Lubna discovers that she is Ikhlas's daughter, she goes to the latter's house. Ragab remarries Ish Ish and confesses his love to her.

Lubna tells Ikhlas that she is her daughter. Shadia offers Boshkash money in exchange for preventing Lubna from visiting Ikhlas and preventing Ish Ish from returning to Ragab. The latter tells Ikhlas of his return to Ish Ish, who learns that Lubna is the reason for her miscarriage.

Ish Ish decides to leave the house and go to Ragab after promising to settle the score with Lubna, who cuts ties with Ikhlas. Abdel Ati threatens Ish Ish with telling Ragab about her contacting Moatasem.

As Ish Ish warns him about Abdel Ati and Ismail, Ragab brings a tutor to teach Ish Ish English. Mukhtar insults Lubna by mentioning her mother’s past. Ish Ish tells Moatasem that Ragab is monitoring her and that the delivery date has changed, but he doubts her sincerity.

Ish Ish tries to convince Ragab to travel to Alexandria on the delivery date, but he refuses. As Lubna offers her money in exchange for not telling anyone that she's her mother, Ikhlas kicks her out. Ish Ish discovers that the police are planning to arrest Ragab.

Ragab, Farag, and Mukhtar are arrested. Ragab vows revenge after Ish Ish tells him that she was the one who reported them to the police. Ish Ish finds her mother stabbed with a knife.

Ikhlas is hospitalized. Mukhtar and Ragab confess to each other's guilt. Abdel Ati takes control of Ragab’s property and kicks Shadia and her daughter out. The man who attacked Ikhlas confesses that he was following Ragab’s orders. Ish Ish works in customer service, gets married, and has children.
