An employee working in a government agency seeks to obtain his right to a promotion and to complete his marriage to his fiancée, whom he married years ago. Then everything in his life changes when his colleague who received the promotion tells him that the reason he got it is because of the newspaper and tea seller in front of the agency, so he approaches her to obtain the promotion.
