It follows the story of a Palestinian rowing champion, who seeks to fulfill her dream, as well as the story of a fisherman and marine rescuer, who has spent most of his life on the banks of Gaza. The film interweaves the two stories in a way full of life and hope about what is happening in the Gaza Strip.
