Nadine, the suspended journalist, helps the YouTuber Youssef expose the corruption spreading in Salah Yazan Hospital. Mai plays a game called Athena, which asks her to commit suicide. The next day, Nadine discovers the matter and transfers Mai to the hospital.

A flashback shows Mai's connection to the Athena app and its control over her. Mai's relationship with a young man named Mahmoud becomes clear, so Nadine goes to Maahmoud's mother in search of the truth. The app begins messaging Mai's friends one by one.

Marwan learns that Adam is in contact with the Athena app and that it sent him a video of him confessing to leaking the exams. Nadine sees a mysterious third person with Mai and Mahmoud in one of the pictures and fails to recognize him. The tests reveal that Mai is taking drugs that cause paranoia, and the Athena app hacks Nadine’s phone.

Hesham explains to Nadine the idea of ​​the Athena application, which is a filter used to filter projects submitted to the university. The Athena application begins sending old videos and messages to Adham, Dalida, and Marwan, including secrets from their past. Yasmine and Malek go to Dr. Adham, accusing Marwan and Dalida of stealing the exams with Mai's help.

Adham discovers Athena’s story and the videos that reach the students. The application publishes a video of Adam leaking the exams, so the university interrogates him. Nadine reveals to Youssef that the Athena application is monitoring her.

Wafaa tells Salah that she hid the depression medication that Mai was taking. Adam is involved in an accident and dies. Adham and Hesham suspect that Dina and Suleiman might be behind Athena. Nadine tells Adham that the Athena application has changed from a filter for purifying research to a filter for purifying people.

Nadine suspects that the Athena app is seeking to kill students and destroy the university. Coca tells Youssef that all of Salah's property is in his wife's name. Youssef receives a report confirming that Mai is taking hallucinogenic drugs. Marwan asks Dalida to block the Athena app.

Nadine warns Youssef against the Athena app, which pushes users to commit suicide. Dina tells them that Mahmoud had launched the app to eliminate the role of university professors in evaluating projects and students and to make the app in charge.

The Athena app sends a video to Yasmine revealing Mai's suffering before her suicide, Dina asks Zeina to leave the university as soon as possible, and Salah kidnaps Coca.

Nadine accuses Adham of concealing information about the development of the Athena project and its ability to monitor people. Salah sends his men to teach Youssef a lesson and steal his devices. The Athena application reassures Nadine that it has deleted all data from Youssef's stolen computer, which thwarts Salah's plan to exploit the data.

Hesham and Nadine discover that the leaked video of Mai is fabricated by artificial intelligence. Hesham tells Nadine that Dina stole the Athena project and founded her company on it, while someone else is behind the real application.

Dalida, Nadine, and Marwan confront Yasmine about leaking the videos. Hesham hacks into Dina's accounts and discovers that she regularly sends money to Iman Al Saadawi, which confirms that the latter stole the "Athena" project and sold it to Dina in exchange for a partnership between them.

Mahmoud's previous refusal to cooperate with Dina and Iman becomes clear. Nadine agrees with Dina to expose Iman's theft of projects. Adham confronts Iman with accusations of exploiting students, so she fires him, suspends him from work, and threatens to put him in a rehab facility.

A confrontation erupts between Wafaa and Salah over his son's involvement in the exam theft scandal. Hesham, Dina, and Nadine work together to uncover evidence of Iman's corruption. Questions about the Athena app mount, and Suleiman tells them that it has become self-operating, further complicating the situation.

Iman and Salah are arrested and Coca is released. It turns out that Suleiman is behind the Athena app and has hidden in a hospital for chronic diseases to launch the app to achieve justice, but he loses control over it. Mai decides to commit suicide to end the app once and for all.
